No more leaking roof or b vent pipe! Mike, the Hvac tech, who replaced my b vent pipe was punctual, polite, patient, and understanding. He answered all my questions and very customer service oriented. After replacing the b vent pipe, Mike returned in 1 week to do the water test on my roof top to ensure that there’s no more leaks on my roof or b vent pipe. Katie was the secretary who helped me from beginning to end with appointment times and getting in touch with Mike, whenever I have questions for him. She was polite, helpful, caring and very customer service oriented. Thanks to Mike, Katie and Cody & Sons company for replacing my b vent pipe quickly and efficiently. Now, my roof is back to normal, no more leaks!

Top quality work and workmanship. I had a non-warranty issue with some A/C return lines that were not part of the job a year later and they covered it for very little cost because of the investment I'd made the year prior. They were in and out, had both units installed in a matter of hours, and we've had no problems at all.

Cody & Sons sent Matt to bid my lean-to laundry w/o A/C or heat on a 1950's pier/beam. The text sent b4 his arrival had his picture, which is a very good sales tactic for a female customer. Matt listens well. The 13 point bid list was spot on as to requirements for tying into sewer, running Pex hot & cold lines from center of house water heater to new washer connections, and a hose bib to drip for ice prevention in freeze conditions. They priced the job at $3,300 b4 the $170 permit. I had two other bids: one higher and the other so low I worried it would pass inspection. The clincher is the 2 yr warranty on parts/labor. Yeah! Matt has all the attributes of a great service tech: listens, on-time, explains well, clean work site, and had the most detailed bid of the three. Irving is a long drive for this company to fix small issues, but I'll gladly take a large project to them again. Thanks also to Michael in dispatch.

Making an appointment was easy. They got here on time, got on with with their work, keeping us up to date. They did what needed to be done, even came back the next day to finish something off, at no extra cost. Great professional service.

Someone was there every step. Service came out asked what I was looking for and gave me a couple options. Best part he did not try to sale me a bunch of stuff I didn't need. Once I agreed on equipment and price they got it scheduled and put in with no problems. Service tech made sure everything was working right and I was happy with install. I will recommend them to friends and family. I even plan to sign up on their maintenance plan.

Juan was able to trace a leak back to faulty caulking around the tub area, which was draining down through the ceiling of the next floor down. Was very pleased with the diagnosis and that the issue wasn’t anything more significant.

As always, Cody & Sons did a great job (that turned out to be a larger job than they anticipated). They called when on their way so that I could meet them at the property, and both plumbers worked diligently to correct all issues, including the additional issues that they discovered while working - the leak under the sink turned out to be a problem with the 1980s or early 1990s garbage disposal that was beyond repair because parts were no longer available.

The service was EXCELLENT, I will recommended highly!. James will not give up until he found out was was causing the heater to shut up! He was very professional and explained every step he was taking to make it work (which not other plumbing co. do). my water heater has been working great! They are the BEST in plumbing business. Great. They were fair, they didn't seem to fix things that didn't need to be fixed. They explained things well. Glad I chose them.

Shawn came early and set right to work. Agressive augering within the commode did not seem to clear blockage, so he ran a hose and flushed out the line through the exterior clean-out entry. Augering again then cleared the blockage and commode works great now. Shawn was professional, experienced, and persistent. If you have plumbing troubles of any description, just call the Cody Folks, they are the best.

They did a great job, they were on time and they are honest and good people.

Called In the morning and technician arrived in the evening. Very professional and courteous. Diagnosed problem- furnace board was burnt out. Next morning called with cost for replacement board and that evening furnace was fixed. He even installed our new thermostat. Very pleased with service and will definitely call them again.
