Excellent, Cody and sons had two Reme air purifier units on hand and were able to install in that day. Sinc my regular ac retired, I'll use the for now on.

Arrived on time, attempted to fix toilet, toilet, toilet cracked, recommended replacement, provided replacement, installed. Fantastic service.

It went very well. Brad and Matt arrived even earlier than the appointment window. They were very professional and completed the installation in a timely manner.

My experience with Cody and Sons was very professional. From the moment I contacted them they kept me updated with text messages and reminder phone calls. The plumbers that came out were very courteous and knowledgeable. They installed my utility sink and connected my natural gas line to my grill expertly. Particularly ensuring that gas line fittings were properly connected and conducting a gas leak check. For my utility sink they checked that there were no leaks in the drains. I was very pleased with the quality assurance they performed on their work.

1) I THOUGHT we needed our sewer lines scoped (both neighbors either side had needed to have their back yards dug up and lines replaced) - but after talking with Philip (20 years with Cody&Sons), I learned that since we hadn't had any issues to date (5yrs), we likely had many years to go before we would need similar work done - AND that we'd have plenty of forewarning that the lines were needing attention (which had been what was worrying me the most). 2) I THOUGHT what we needed was a tankless water heater - but after Philip (very kindly) explained to me - what I really wanted was a circulation pump, as my intent was not so much to have ENDLESS hot water, but rather, IMMEDIATE hot water (I hated seeing all that good water simply going down the drain as it slowly became warm enough to use). He spent almost two hours walking with me around our house, up into the attic, teaching me as we went. He talked me OUT of spending (wasting) $275 on the video survey, and has just sent over three detailed estimates of different solutions for getting hot water. We will DEFINATELY be using Cody&Sons for this work. I should mention we've used them in the past, and so hadn't even considered asking any other plumber for a line scoping (nor tankless water heater) estimate.

A series of tasks listed on my new house inspection were completed by Michael. He was amazing and so professional. I would hire this company again as he set the bar very high for service and knowledge.

We can't say enough good things about Cody and Sons. There are a class act and stand behind their work 100%. We've used many plumbing and air conditioning contractors, but no longer even bother to get bids on work. It's a breath of fresh air to deal with a plumbing outfit you trust completely. We are happy as a clam and recommend them unconditionally.

Pipes were clear - not the problem. A/C units are getting too much water in secondary drain pans.

Amazing. Over the last two years, three different people have come out to "fix" this problem. They did a simple flush, told me it was fixed, took my money and then it would happen again. Michael took the time to figure out what was causing the issue. He diagnosed and then went out of his way to fix the issue in multiple spots throughout the house. He wasn't happy with his first fix, so he did it again! I was fully expecting the bill to represent all of what I assumed to be additional work to fix the problem. To my surprise, this was all included in the cost of clearing the clog. If the price was $400 more, I still would be giving all A's. Happy to have found a plumbing and A/C repair service I can trust.

The plumbers came in, assessed the situation and went right to work. He was familiar with the problem if the drainage from the hvac in the attic draining through this bathroom drain. They unclogged the piping and put everything back together expertly

Plumber and scheduling were a pleasure to deal with - professional and prompt. The plumber simply said that the leak implied that a new water heater was necessary. He quoted a 40 gallon Bradford White gas water heater at $1600 (includes Angie's List discount), with pulling permit extra. I thought this was high, so decided to go with a different plumber (eventually paid $1200 for Rheem, which included pulling the permit). Probably worth noting that the other plumber bothered to and did succeed in fixing the leak, but didn't get the pilot to light up, so only after that exercise did he determine that the water heater required replacing. The reason I gave a B instead of C for Price was that the plumber was extremely generous in not charging for his assessment. Much appreciated. Long story short, very professional and friendly service, but pricey.

We did some pretty unique things. It was pretty in depth. The amount of work we did on this bathroom, I don't think the average person spend the money that we spent on it. I liked their professionalism. They were very knowledgeable. There wasn't anything they could've done differently.

They replaced our whole heating and air. We tore all of the walls out, and they are looking at where they are going to re-route it all for the new addition. They would get an "A" on everything. They didn't charge anything for the inspection. They are just all incredibly professional, nice and knowledgeable. They were perfect.

Excellent! I called Sunday morning at 10:30 AM and left a message. I received a return call back ten minutes later and the technician, Jeff Boyd called me to say he would be at my house in 45 minutes. He called a little bit later to say he was stuck in traffic and would be 15 minutes late. He quickly diagnosed the issue, it was the compressor, and repaired the unit. Jeff had my unit running within 2 hours of my making my first phone call to Cody & Sons. I am blow away by the responsiveness and professionalism from this company.

Cody and Sons have been handling the maintenance and repairs for 5 A/C units totaling 12 tons in our Plano home for the past 4 years and we could not be happier with them. They are thoroughly professional and stand behind their work 100%, which is far different than experiences we've had with others. If there is a problem, they are immediately responsive. We highly recommend them as they have provided a worry free experience at a reasonable price. Their office staff is also commendable. We would rate them A+ if that were possible.

He looked at it, threw his hands up in the air, and said that he would have to take "the whole thing apart". He did, cleaned out the drain and put it back together. I had asked him to replace the rubber disposal flapper. He told me that he felt if he did that, it might disable the disposal and i would have to purchase a new one. He did not pressure me into buying one, but said he had new one's on the truck for $300. I told him no, that's ok, i'll just wait. I was handed a bill for $180. This was for unclogging the line, draining water, and putting it back together. There is nothing on the invoice about a new part. Then, I went online to look at disposal prices at Home Depot and Lowe's and some are less than $150. So the price he quoted me must have been including labor, since unclogging a drain was all that was done. As highly rated as this company seems to be on here, I was disappointed to get the feeling that I was being taken. He was very nice, but to charge me that much for about 45 minutes of work seemed high to me.
