Description of Work: had a leak from the drain pipe of the bathroom sink. They replaced the drain arm from 4" cast iron to PVC as well as the P.O. assembly and p-trap under the sink. took about 90 minutes to do. seemed a little pricey to me, but had to get it done (only have one bathroom!)

Description of Work: Inspected and installed new water heater for me. Father and son team were on-time extremely polite and efficient. What was estimated to be a 3 hour job was completed in less than 2 hours. Total cost for $1,575.

Description of Work: I first had a water leak that Mark and Phillip found and fixed quickly. They helped me dry to area and cleaned my mess. I had a tankless system installed that needed further adjustments which they made without further charges. They are very consciencus, concerned thorough, and professional. Description of Work: We needed to have someone check for water leaks in our home. Bill Cody & sons came out, promptly and determined that we did not have a leak. They explained to us what would cost and why, if there was a leak. My apologies to Bill Cody and Sons for the delay in grading. It was an oversight on my part. I would definitely recommend them, at any time, for service.

Description of Work: Their answering service took my message and a return call to schedule service was handled promptly. Their plumber, James, arrived on time for the service work on January 11th. His work was excellent in all regards. I was especially pleased by the way he took care to clean up all his work areas before leaving. He replaced the waterline supplying our outside sprinkler system, and replaced a kitchen faucet. I liked the fact their company truck is well equipped, it carries a large inventory of parts so he didn't have to leave to go buy parts - as usually happens. I was able to purchase my new kitchen faucet from his truck inventory, saving me shopping time. I'm happy to say I've found a great plumbing company!

Description of Work: Dual stopped-up toilets that we tried snaking and about everything before we called several plumbers. Bill Cody and Sons were very courteous and came very quickly. The problem ended up being very tricky to figure out but they were very patient and brought our additional equipment needed to finish the job.
