My air unit quit working on Labor day and so I called 6 companies before I was able to get a hold of Classic air company. They arrive really quickly just about an hour after I first talked to them. My outdoor motor went our and they clean and recharged my unit with coolant for just under $760.00. Wasn't sure if that was a great price but didn't have time to negotiate since it was a holiday. Just to ease my tension I called 3 other companies the next day and asked how much it would cost to repair those items on my unit, and to my benefit I found Classic Air company was a better price and there customer service could not possibly get any better then my experience. I will definitely use them again.

When we needed replace both our old Heat Pump and our Air Handler, we shopped around and got a few bids from Top HVAC Company in DFW some were higher and some were lower, however none were a better overall value for our money Classic Air offered to us for our new HVAC system. Justin was very knowledgeable and helpful with all my request and question, They install Complete HVAC system of new Trane XR15 Heat pump and Hyperion? XR Air Handler, wireless thermostat, 2 New return Air and Duct Work. etc... also included 10 year Part and Labor Warranty. Installation Team was Professional, Work done in timely manner I would highly recommend to my friends and family. Thank you Classic Air !!!!

Justin was on time and reasonable priced for all that was done. Really appreciated the efficiency and quickness with which it was done.

Workers arrived and supposedly installed central air unit and gas furnace. When they were installing other part of air conditioning unit outside, they had left a hole in the side of the house leading from Freon hose to house and I actually had to go to get parts to cover hole on outside of house. They did not complete installation of furnace, covered up safety valve, supplied no venting for furnace whatsoever. A Master Plumber came out the next day, after I had made a full payment and told me that the gas furnace installation was incomplete. If gas had been turned on, everyone would have been overcome with carbon monoxide poisoning. I tried to call this company and they had disconnected both numbers they had given me. I am disputing charges for gas furnace unit now and will definitely advise that no one uses this service provider.

He is professional, always on time, honest, and unlike other companies he will come out 24 hrs a day. We have used him for many years!
