I had called several times just to get an appointment then I had to call back several more times to reschedule my appointment to today. I bought two Living Social Vouchers, one for myself and one for my mother, my vouchers show redeemed 12/21/2011 and that is untrue, the work has not been done!!!!! It is 3:20PM and I have yet to hear back from them on the three messages that I have left this afternoon. (although I am sure that I will get the ole song about the phone lines and the internet not working) I jsut want to say - Thanx for making my life easier today!!! (sarcasm) Pam Iwanski

Bad no show and horrible trying to rech anyone to talk to about it
Description of Work: I bought a voucher thru living social and scheduled my appointment with Stacey originally for 11/21 then spoke with her two weeks ago and changed to 11/17 at 10am. I was to hav 3 maids for 3 hours and nobody showed up or called. I had made arrangements and had someone at my house waiting on the all day. I tried to call all day Thursday and Friday but the vm was always full. I have tried emailing them several times and the email bounces back with a code saying the account doen't exsist. Finally late Friday I left a voicemail but have not heard from anyone yet.Please call me about this mess 940.367.8835

One of the 2 girls who spoke English was rather smug. She had an attitude and didn't want to be told what to do. I was so disappointed with the cleaning that I called and a second appointment was arranged at no charge. So many obvious things were missed in that 1st appointment. There was a small area of mud from shoes in the middle of one bedroom. When I addressed that she said, "Well we already mopped it but we can do it again if you want". There was no way it had been mopped the first time! The blinds were not dusted and there were cobwebs on the light fixtures. The insides of the drawers/cabinets were not cleaned. When I called to complain I was very specific about what had not been done. When I came home after the 2nd try, there were still cobwebs on the lighting fixtures and only one of the cabinets/drawers in each room was cleaned.
Description of Work: Initial move-in clean. Regular cleaning afterwards every other week. Cleaning included sweeping and mopping of floors, general bathroom and kitchen cleaning, blinds and ceiling fans.

First, could not provide me with a rate that the first time service would cost me. I have had house cleaning before, and I have always had a flat rate quoted to me for the first 4 hours. The cleaners were 45 minutes late. I noticed that they were parked in the cul-de-sac for 45 minutes before coming in. When I called the office, was told that they didn't have the house number. Didn't bring a ladder to reach the top of the blinds. When asked if they would like one, they said no. Dusting blinds was included, and I assumed that the entire blind would be dusted, not just reach-able areas. When I called the office to let them know that my first cleaning was not meeting expectations, I got a lot of excuses, and was made to feel that my expectations were too high. I had to point out several times that their website stated that cleaning included the services that I was pointing out to them.
