+ -1 moreI was very pleased with the responsiveness, punctuality and professionalism of the gentleman sent by Century Glass. I called Century and provided them with an estimate of the pane size. They quoted me a price that I felt was a good price. We set up an appointment for the next day. Century Glass called me 30 minutes before my appointment time to confirm that the installer was on time. At that time I left work to meet the installer who arrived at my house approximately 5 minutes after I did. Within 15 minutes he had replaced the broken pane, made sure that I was happy with it and was gone. Later that afternoon, the office manager followed up to confirm that the job was completed to my satisfaction.
