Description of Work: Called them and gave them information regarding work that I needed for my kitchen and bathroom. They told me that they would call me back and provide me with an estimate or come and schedule an appointment and I never heard from them.

Description of Work: Excellent flooring installation, stain stairs to match new flooring great job. Will use next job and recommended to other homeowners.

Description of Work: Gutted kitchen, dining, living & laundry area. Custom cabinetry, moved plumbing, electrical, gas line. Crown molding, baseboards, wood floor in dining, living and hall way. Tile kitchen and entry. New front and back door. New electrical wiring, lighting and switches. Retextured and painted all walls and ceilings*. | |Fernando and his crew were extremely professional and courteous. He has great ideas and insight to help with the process. We purchased all the flooring, lighting, granite counter tops, door hardware, plumbing fixtures, vent a hood etc... The costs were mostly labor, except for cabinetry, texture, paint, trim work, electrical wiring. Very reasonable. | |*We had one major issue. The original painter was very sub par. He started out ok but went down hill quickly. He caused the project to drag on for months. Would only show up a few hours or some times not at all for days. Much of his work on the trim and cabinetry and walls had to be completely redone. It just never looked 100% after that. We should have immediately communicated to Fernando our displeasure, but it fell through the cracks. Fernando finally released the paint sub and brought in another painter. Fernando took care of the new labor and materials cost and also went above and beyond taking care of the costs of another project. | |I have and would refer Fernando to anyone in need of home repair or remodeling. | |I would recommend to anyone thinking of remodeling to keep in constant communication with their contractor. It can save you a great deal of frustration and possible added expense by staying on top of the entire process. |

Description of Work: Came out for th initial meeting. was going to email me the estimate and set a start date. Never received anything from him, he did not return or answer my calls. Totally non-responsive.

Description of Work: I was looking to buy a house that needed quite a bit of work. However, before continuing with the sales contract, I needed to have a general estimate of the amount it would cost in order to get the home repairs so the house could be deemed liveable.

Description of Work: Two men came out on time and looked at project to be done. The owner seemed knowlegeable, very polite. However, we never got a call back so we thought the project seemed like too much for the company to handle.

Description of Work: We used FC Contractors to update the bathroom in our M-Street’s cottage. The work required: • demolition of existing flooring, cabinetry and molding • Lay new tile flooring • The installation of bead board, new molding around the floor and new crown molding • The rebuilding of an old cabinet and the installation of new drawers, doors and hardware • Modification of lighting – placement and wiring • Replacement of electrical outlets (to code) • Painting • Installation of toilet, other bathroom furniture and hardware
