Steve Long was prompt in responding to my post, and he was easily able to arrange the work around my schedule. His employees were incredibly professional. Best of all, the work is incredible. Our partial siding replacement and repaint perfectly matches our existing siding and paint. I am very happy with their work, and would not hesitate to use them again.

The paint crew worked very hard, did a good job, and did a wonderful clean up job at the end of the project.

Confusion over wood I thought needed replacement and a lack of communication caused an initial negative review. Other bidders stated the boards around three windows would be replaced, leading me to believe they were all rotten. The signed bid Carnival provided stated any rotten wood would be replaced with rough cedar. Carnival replaced only one board with rough cedar rough-side-out, two others that were either not rough cedar or placed smooth-side-out. This led me to believe only one board had been replaced, and that rotten boards remained. Responding to the initial review, they explained the situation and resolved it to my satisfaction.
