The team at C&C Slab Leaks and Plumbing was exceptional in customer service, response time and guidance throughout our slab leak process. They worked very well with our homeowners insurance and provided a variety of options to resolving our leak. Jo in the main office was friendly and flexible when we called with any needs. The plumbers that came out were also friendly, honest and knowledgeable in their work. Highly satisfied with their service and would highly recommend them to anyone in the DFW area.

Excellent. They were on time, professional, and quick. The camera inspection was included in the hydrojet price. Ultimately, I am using them to replace the original clay pipe which was broken and root filled.

I called in the morning, and they were able to come in that very afternoon. Jeff and his colleague were polite, professional, no-nonsense, and fast. They replaced the tubular extension under the sink. Everything looks great now! Easiest plumbing service visit ever.

Great! They came out in a couple of hours to inspect and bid the job. The next business day they were able to come out and do the job. Very professional 2-man crew. I liked they way they work and they did a great job - it was actually harder than what they originally estimated but they stuck by the original bid and tidied up very nicely. Minimal number of holes in the wall (necessary to make 3 holes total - one for the manifold and two for the bottom and top of wall where re-route takes place) and it is easy for a painter to fix. They even said they could recommend a painter who can fix the holes. I recommend Paul and his partner (forgot his name). Very competent crew. Ask for them!

They were reasonable.I'd roughly say it was $1,000. It was a couple of years ago. I came across them in the yellow pages.

It was good quality service, it wasn't outstanding. It was just good solid quality work. An A is for exceptional service and work. Work took about an hour and half for two workers. They cleaned up fairly well.

It went well though I was disappointed with the number of wall openings made to locate the pipe.

We used C&C to inspection our home before purchase. They were the ones who found a slab leak and we were able to have that fixed by the previous home owner before closing. After closing we contacted them to install some new toilets, do a hydro jet of the plumbing lines, and help us with a hot water tank issue. Not al of these were done at the same time so I have had 3 different crews out to my home. Every single one of them were extremely professional, completing the job in a timely manner, and went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with my services. The wonderful staff at the office has been great to work with and so nice and helpful every time I called to schedule or make payment over the phone. Pete, the owner, even came out to inspect a problem I was having with my hot water tank. C&C is truly a family owned business but they also treat their clients that way as well. My family will never use anyone else but C&C from now on.

It says on Angie's List that they have 24 hour emergency service. I called on a Sunday and left a message that I had a leak and my carpet was wet. Nobody ever called me back.

It went great. They know what they are doing and they're very good at what they do.

Emergency plumbing leaks are always frustrating trying to get a GOOD plumber--after contacting my home warrant company and refusing to use 3 plumbers they wanted to send due to AWFUL reviews-went to Angies & found C&C--from first contact to final repair this is a GREAT plumbing company--professional , on time response, exact estimate and time line for repair was as quoted-very FAIR price This is a plumbing company I will use for any plumbing needs

They were very professional and respectful of our schedules even making alterations to their schedule to minimize our time out of the house. The work was great quality, the areas kept as clean as possible, and the service exceptional. We keep their contact information close at hand to recommend to friends and neighbors.

Pete and his guys were responsive and professional. Did what he said he would do when he said he would do it and wasn't looking for change orders. He's one of the good guys.

I contacted C & C due to a toilet that would not flush. They had a technician on site within a couple of hours. The tech initially felt that the problem was within the toilet itself; however, I asked that he first try cleaning the sewer line. Turned out that the blockage was within the toilet and the toilet needed to be replaced. The technician and I discussed the available options. Because of the "laws" requiring toilets to be water-efficient, I elected to purchase a top of the line toilet for the replacement. There were decent options available at about half the price, so please note that the total of this job could have been in the $450 to $500 range, but I chose the more expensive option. I am very happy with the end result. The technicians were professional and prompt. I have used C & C in the past and will continue to use them in the future.

ave problems.Pete Noonan the owner was very descriptive about what they were going to do. They diverted my drainage pipe from under the house and ran it though the front yard. They had to cut into my slab to cap off the pipe that had rotted out. They were able to put my carpet back in place like it belongs and also do the masonry work on my house. i highly recommend them and still use them anytime I h

It was pouring rain today and they still got the job done, even though much of it required them to be outside in the rain. They came within the 2 hour window they gave, and they got the job done quickly and well. (running a snake with a cutterhead through our main drain line to clear out baby wipes). I've had 3 different awful plumbers in the last year, so I can't tell you how nice it was to work with folks who didn't rip me off and who did what they said they'd do. I'm impressed and grateful. I think (but am not positive) that our plumber was Pete. He had an apprentice as well whose name I can't remember.

C&C Slab Leak & Plumbing repaired 3 major sewer leaks under my house foundation. For two of the three leaks, they had to drill through the foundation. And for the third one, they tunneled under the house. With all the major work inside the house, they were neat and cleaned up the work area. On the outside of the house, they replaced all dirt as it had been before the work. Finally, they supplied a report explaining what they had done for insurance records and the foundation repair guarantee.

Did some faucet repair on my own, so I had to turn off the main into the house. When I finished, and tried to turn the water back on, the stem in the main valve broke off. (Was very old). Now, no water. I called several plumbing companies, and since it was the day after Thanksgiving, I got pretty much nowhere. CC Valve not only answered, but had a representative at my house in 45 minutes. He assessed the situation, figured out what he needed, and replaced the whole assembly in about 30 minutes. Thank you CC Valve & Slab. Not only did you save the day, but there was no time wasted waiting around all day. Job well done. Thank you!

The slab leak at our daughter's home was repaired within a day. The guys came out and located the leak, repaired it and did a great job repairing the floor and cleaning up when finished. The price was very reasonable given the work done and they are very happy with how it turned out.

I noticed I had a back up of my plumbing late in the evening. C&C has 24 hour service so I gave them a call. They were so polite when I told them about my issue. C&C told me they would contact a tech and call me back with an ETA. They called me back right away and told me the tech would be here in 2 hours. Indeed the tech showed up in 2 hours and got right to work. It took him about an hour to fix the problem and everything is back to normal. I couldn't be more pleased with C&C and would definitely use them again and happily recommend them to anyone. Thank you so much!

I use them all the time. They are a great company. I would give them high recommendations. As far as pricing, they are normal. They're not cheap but they're very normal for a plumber. They are a reputable, honest, good company.

We had them to find the leak but we had another contractor to repair the leak. They were a thousand dollars higher than the other contractor. They were very helpful and I would highly recommend them and I would consider using them in the future.
