BEWARE of price scaming: I was quoted a price and agreed on it to be all inclusive. Once the work was almost finished I was quoted a price $500 more than what we agreed on and was told “Oh well you need to add tax in as well” which was never mentioned during the quote. Even adding in tax it was still about $250 more and was told that was for “other work done”. No other work was done than what we agreed upon. I went ahead and paid as I could not find the camera footage however last night I had time to review my outdoor cameras and sure enough I can hear clearly I was quoted $2500 to include everything not the almost $3000 that I paid. They also broke landscape lighting, dropped a large limb on the roof and stomped the bushes not saying a word about any of the damage.

They do quality work. I had them remove a tree that fell in spring of 2023. The cost to remove a mature oak tree was $1700. First week of June 2024, when the storm came through Dallas, another tree fell - comparable in size to the tree i lost in 2023. This time they quoted me $9000. You can call this market dynamic pricing or price gouging - rest assured I will not give them my business again if this is how they treat repeat customers.

My yard looks like a forest. I can't grow grass in about half of it because it's in the shade. I even bought firewood from him and that's when I found out he did tree service. They did a super job. He delivered the firewood one day and told me he did the tree service too. He was out the next day to do the trees. They were great.

Jesus quoted me a price of $225. He didn't show so I called him. He then sent two people I have never met before which happened to be his brother. They did the work I wrote the check at the quoted price, they then came back to my door saying I owed them more then that. I called Mr. Cabrera and he said that I misunderstood his price quote. We went back and forth I ended the call letting him know that I will no longer use his service and will also share this information with the others I have refereed his way. Jesus is very good at what he does, but his prices are way overpriced.
