Mr Butler and his crew are very nice and curteous men. For the price we arrived at I feel my garage should have been swept clean, corner to corner. I had to sweep up broken glass after they left and when I asked him to put the leaves they swept from one area into a trash bag he said they didn't do leaves. We could come to an understanding if I wanted the pile of leaves bagged (maybe 2 bags). The furniture I needed moved to a side enclosure was very poorly placed considering I need people to be able to see it to buy it. And lastly, our moving blankets were tossed on top of one of the dressers instead of folded and put back in the garage. For the money, I would not call them again. Nice people but should do a better job of cleaning and not be so focused on how fast they get things done.

Mr. Butler was quick to respond to my request and then very kind and courteous on the job.

I posted this job to Home Advisor and received a call from Mr. Butler shortly thereafter. We arranged a time for him to come by and he arrived right on time. We agreed upon a price and he was ready to take care of the job immediately. A few minutes later my haul away was complete. Very satisfied.

They always do a good job. a little expensive but would use them over and over. always on time.

Charged too much for what they ended up doing. Took an antique school desk after telling them not to. Will not respond to my text or phone calls. He was nice but you have to watch him if you want to make sure he doesn't take things he's not supposed to. Would NEVER recommend him to anyone.

Both men were very nice and easy to talk to.

Don Butler arrived when he said he would and did the job in an efficient and professional manner. I had to leave before he finished loading the trash...he told me he would get it cleaned up. He was absolutely true to his word. You could not even tell that he had been there. I highly recommend him.

Was moving and needed a quick, last minute turnaround to haul off junk. Submitted a request on HomeAdvisor and Mr. Butler responded. Told him my situation and we set up a time for him to come out early the next morning. He showed up on time, gave me an estimate based on what I needed hauled away and upon my agreement, went right to work. He cleaned out everything and hauled it all away in less than 2 hours time. I would definitely refer Butler's Clean Out Service to others.

They were on time, did the work that I requested and even sweep out the garage. I will probably be using them again.

Donald is fabulous!! Very professional, courteous, quick and reliable. He is friendly and honest. We needed a very quick turnaround and he worked his schedule to accommodate us. We highly recommend him and will definitely use him again.

Butler's Clean Out Services was so accommodating even after a cancellation earlier in the month. They were prompt, quick and efficient and I highly recommend them!
