Ross is easy to work with and also very professional (prompt and willing to listen to the customer). The end cost matched the bid. His bid was on the higher side of average; the quality of the finished project is exceptional.

Great job on fence but had some issues getting in touch after having some maintenance issues after doing other backyard renovations. Fence is amazing though!

I had five bids on my fence. Build Outdoors was not the cheapest. But they were by far the most professional. Ended up with a great fence. Had a lot of supervision and skilled workmen.

I am thrilled with the work Build Outdoors completed at my home. The new fence and sliding gate are beautiful. They stayed true to their bid and timeline, and were exceptionally solution oriented when unexpected challenges arose. They completed this project at the same time a much larger yard renovation was happening, and worked with the other contractors doing work to ensure they were not in anyone's way. Ross and his team were excellent, and I would recommend them to anyone look to do fence and gate work for their home.

I got a quote from the company to build a fence, cut down the trees, blocking my solar panels, and level the ground. The fence they built is beautiful but the car gate they made for me goes straight into an AC unit. The gate is also a bit narrow, so I am a little nervous about attempting to drive a vehicle through it. I wanted my trees cut down because they were blocking my solar panels, They said the agreement was to cut down the two smaller trees and did not include the bigger tree that was covering my solar panels more than the other two combined. They did reduce the size of a hill, but it is still elevated and has some old railroad ties that were used at one point to build the ground up at that point. I paid everything in advance, but I wish that the contract were more specific, so I would have realized the discrepancies between our understandings of the job at hand. I did think we had an understanding, and the price was a great price for what I was expecting. the end cost was not necessarily a bad price, but it was considerably more than other contractors I had talked to.

Very Professional. Well organized. Detailed Bid. Take pride in their work, best fence I have ever gotten built. Owner is very active and communicates well. Have gotten complements from neighbors about the design of the fence. About 150' of horizontal board on board and the fence is just beautiful. Probably will get business from my neighbors too. Also had a retaining wall built and the did an exceptional job. Posts put in about every 3 feet, it is super strong. Ross the owner is a great guy and takes pride in his work as do his longtime crew. They were quite fast in completing the job but did not rush things or cut corners.

They did a great job in a timely manner and cleaned everything up when they were done. My new fence looks awesome and I feel more secure in my backyard.

Very professional, timely and quality work. We had to replace the sliding gate and repair the back fence after the tornado and recently had to replace the motor for the gate. Very pleased with everything.

We contacted Ross to build an wood screen fence around our pool equipment, a new storage shed for our new pool to house related pool items and a third covered shed with open sides at the side of our property for general yard storage. His crew worked diligently and completed the work on schedule and in budget. These additions are extremely well detailed and blend beautifully into our yard. Throughout the build, Ross was completely involved and communicated with us all along the way. This made for a very successful project, one we are thrilled with. I highly recommend them.
