Description of Work: Good products with variety of price ranges. Came promptly to my home after setting up initial appointment. Kept me updated on delivery and the installation was excellent. Gave me good advice about pros and cons of using roller shades. Good service and reasonable prices. Excellent installation

+ -1 moreJim came to my house in the evening when I got home from work, which I appreciated and brought lots of samples and explained features, pros and cons. We had just had a lot of work done in our home after the hailstorm and needed to replace the blinds in the kitchen. I let him know I was hosting a small brunch in a couple of weeks and he assured me they could be installed by then. Well, his installer was a bit challenging to nail down and when it looked as though the blinds would not be installed by the day of my event, Jim came and installed them himself on the morning of! He even brought materials and fixed some broken valences on my old blinds! While I knew I was a small order compared to most, I really appreciated him making good on his commitment. I will definitely use him for the other window treatments we want to have done. I love a business that values customers.
Description of Work: Measured, ordered and installed wooden blinds at three windows in my kitchen.

+ -1 moreUpon our initial meeting, Jim brought samples to share. He listened to what I was interested in and kept my budget in mind. From there, he narrowed our search, which was extremely helpful. After that meeting I placed my order with Jim and he gave me an approximate date for installation. Jim installed the shades very quickly and did a wonderful job. We are awaiting the arrival and installation of plantation shutters for our kitchen. They will also be installed by Jim when they are ready. I was very pleased with Jim's expertise and professionalism. He was quick and concise too. I would recommend him and use him again if the opportunity presents itself.
Description of Work: Jim came to my house with samples of treatments, and walked me throught the process. I placed my order with him. He installed the treatments when they were ready. It was nice to deal with only one person.

Description of Work: I used Budget Blinds to provide window treatments for my new townhouse. Jim McMullen was such a pleasure to work with. He did an exceptional job on advising me "what would work the best" and gave me a great price as I had a lot of tall and odd sized windows. My shades came in exactly when he said they would (about a week and a half) and he did an excellent job installing them. I could not be more happy with my cellular shades.
