Gil had to replace drain line with larger one for shower. Also rerouted water lines from outside wall to inside. Gil let his helper do all of that work and looked at it afterwards. Gil set my shower pan without making sure it didn't rock, so I had him redo it. He still didn't get it level, causing alignment issues for me on shower door. He installed the shower drain, but broke the gasket and said he would get another from Apex. I finally called him weeks later. He said he got one but couldn't remember what he did with it. I didn't call to ask about it because the shower wasn't finished out yet, so I technically didn't need it yet anyway. A couple of months later I finally got my project done, so I called him. His voicemail was full, so I sent him a text. After a month of trying to reach him, Now after 2 months of trying to get him to contact me, I get the hint....he's already been paid and will NOT contact me again. I ran the shower water for first time tonight to see if it worked, and found he switched the hot and cold. Very irritating since the shower is finished out now. I'll have to bust open the wall behind the new shower and pay another plumber to switch the lines. Sometimes he leaves town and takes a week or two to get back to you. This is different now. Apex has told me he has come in for supplies, so I know he's around. He just refuses to contact me. I asked Apex to have him call me and told him about my situation. They seemed surprised that Gil would do anyone this way. We never had any unfriendly words before he broke contact, so I really have no idea what happened. I cannot recommend him because he didn't finish the job, didn't get the hot and cold right, and refuses to call me back after many weeks of calls and texts from me. I can only hope he didn't screw something else up that I haven't found out about yet. He's a little cheaper than most....but it may wind up costing me more in the long run. I rated him a 'C' price and punctuality for the way he was before he bailed on me.....I consider this lenient on him since since I'm not done paying for his sloppy work. If he decides to make this right I will change my rating. For now....I'm a VERY unhappy customer.

Punctual, good work, didn't have the sleazy look/actions that some plumbers do. Recommended him to a friend of mine who also bought a house, and my friend said he was the only plumber his wife felt safe being in the house alone with, as it was just her and a newborn infant. He redid most of the plumbing in their house, and they have had nothing but good things to say.

I have had both routine plumbing and air conditioning maintenance done and air conditioning equipment and plumbing fixtures installed and been happy with the work and the people who did it.

He is always on time. He is just really unusually good. If anybody needs a plumber, I definitely would recommend him.

This plumber is the best! He arrives when he says when he is going to come. He answers his phone when you call him. He is very reasonably priced and he is funny. He fixes everything the first time.

Called this morning at 8am. The appointment was arranged for 5pm. Mr. Buchheit was right on time and did a great job.

Buchheit plumbing was recommended to me by a girl in the building. Since I have had him out a few times, I had very good experiences. Most recently, he came out to clear a leak. After leaving, there was a small problem later on. I called my heating and A/C company and another drain cleaning company to check on it. They both tried to sell me something that I didn't need. I then called Buchheit to let him know and he asked why I didn't call him back. He came right away and spent a good amount of time trying to diagnose the problem, and was able to fix it. He refused to charge me for the second visit, despite doing a substantial amount of work. I have already recommended him to friends, and think is he is very nice person. The best part is, he isn't expensive!
