+ 5 moreThey build new custom homes as well. They took a very old house completely to the stud and rewired it and changed the layout. They added on 600 square feet. They added a new roof, new walls, new plumbing. Everything inside is brand new and they added a new roof and a couple of things outside. It was completely redone. We bought the house in the finished form for 400,000 dollars. I have no idea what the cost of the renovations were for him. We chose the house and his company owned the house. They did a very good job. We were able to choose a lot of the work. We had a lot of input on the interior design. We worked with Chris. He was extremely helpful and we were able to have input and we made decisions collectively. He would suggest what tiles we should look at. It was a collective process. He had negotiated budgets when we bought the house and he stayed within that.
Description of Work: I used Bryan Bozeman Homes. I last had interaction with them 30 minutes ago. Chris Ryan works there. Their company renovated the house we bought recently. They did a full renovation of the entire house inside and out and we moved in last week.
