The bidding individual came into my condominium having been told I was interested in having my shower remodel finshed and repaired from the work of another individual who was totally screwing up the job The Brunson personel came into my condomium looking for other areas of my condo that he felt needed to be repaired which I had not asked him to do and which did not need to be repaired. Because I wouldn't bite off on the extra details he wanted to build into the bid he said he would not take my shower repair and remodel job. I told him that would be just find because his MO is to come in and sell the customer on all kinds of repairs which are NOT needed or requested. He was arrogant during the visit. It reminded me of car dealer's repair shop protocol wherein they are told not to let a car leave the shop without finding at least $200 - $400 of uneeded extra repairs before that let the care leave the dealership. Beware of this con artist!
