+ -1 moreI ORIGINALLY ASKED FOR A BID TO HAVE A LARGE OLD ELM TREE TRIMMED AND ABOUT 30 TREE STUMPS IN MY YARD GROUND UP. THE BID FOR THE TREE TRIMMING WAS TOO HIGH ($375 COMPARED TO ANOTHER COMPANY THAT BID $150), SO I USED THEM ONLY FOR THE TREE STUMP GRINDING. THEY WERE UNHAPPY ABOUT SOME STUMPS THAT HAD METAL CHAINLINK FENCE GROWN INTO THEM AND DIDN'T WANT TO REMOVE THEM, SO I HAD TO NEGOTIATE TO HAVE THEM MANUALLY HACK UP THE STUMPS FOR AN EXTRA FEE. THE MANAGER, FILIBERTO, CHECKED IN ON THE WORKERS AND DIDN'T SEEM AMENABLE TO RESOLVING THE ISSUE OF THE STUMPS WITH FENCE STUCK IN THEM UNTIL I OFFERED MORE MONEY. IN THE END, WE WERE ALL HAPPY, BUT THE HAGGLING MADE THE EXPERIENCE A LITTLE UNPLEASANT.

+ -1 moreTHEY WERE NICE PEOPLE. THEY WERE VERY PROMPT AND WORKED FAST. THEY DID A GREAT JOB HAULING AWAY ALL OF THE DEBRIS.
Description of Work: THEY PRUNED TREES IN MY LARGE YARD AND HAULED AWAY THE TREES. THEY ALSO REMOVED A DEAD STUMP.
