 + -1 moreAs always, Brian showed up on time, had all the tools ready for the job and did an excellent job. I have used Brian for more than 12 years on a variety of fix-it tasks and am used to his professionalism and fairness.
Description of Work: Brian came over to help me with a leaking kitchen faucet and he replaced the cartridge for me. He also looked at my hot water heaters to give me some information.

Description of Work: Brian repaired a leak, replaced a disposal, replaced faucets in the utility room and a bathroom, as well as some other misc repairs the last time I called him. I have called on Brian Buchan to do various handyman jobs for over 10 years. From cleaning gutters, to repairs to the house both inside and out to plumbing work.

 + -1 moreI have used Brian Buchan many times over many years to do any work that comes up at my house. He has done jobs such as gutter cleaning, repaired the attic stays lots of plumbing work and a couple dozen other jobs. He is excellent, courteous, hard working, and knowledgeable. This job went as smoothly as usual and the sink works just fine. He charges a flat rate of $10 per hour and works quickly at what ever he is doing. I highly recommend him.
Description of Work: He came out and replaced all the plumbing under the kitchen sink.
