Bonnie & Clyde Stereo

This place is a scam and I don’t write reviews! I called them and told them over the phone my subwoofer is not working properly, I was told to bring it in and leave it. Before leaving I was told it’s $150 to run the test on your system. I got a call a couple of hours later saying we fix it, it will be $150 for the test plus $280 because we needed to rewire your amplifier total $430. After paying $430 I discovered they didn’t do anything my amplifier had the same wires plus my system sounds the same. The owner said I needed his amplifier that’s why it sounds that way and you need to pay $170 after paying $430 total $600. After refusing to pay $170 for another amplifier he offered to change my wires free of charge. Like he was doing me a favor when in fact I already paid for this to be done. $230 My system still sounds the same no bass from subwoofers! If I paid $130 for you to check my system out why rewire an amplifier that doesn’t work for my subwoofers and charge me $230? Why not say you need a new amplifier in the beginning so I can save $230 and use that toward a new amplifier? Because he wanted to scam me out of my money!

Sale and installation went without a hitch. Store is located "bazaar" area of town but that was an ok experience.

The aftermarket alarm systems in our two vehicles started to fail on a regular basis so we decided to just have them replaced. They were installed in our vehicles in Alaska and the nearest dealer is in Oklahoma. I first spend time researching alarm systems and found the Viper system received some of the highest rankings. Next I searched for dealers in Dallas. Bonnie & Clyde Stereo came up and had pretty good comments about their work. I stopped by and spoke with Mazin, the owner. He had the model I wanted in stock gave me a great price on the unit and installation for both vehicles. Although he told me he would give a ride home if I wanted to leave the first car right then, I declined and made an appointment for the next day. They completed the installation on the first vehicle before they said they would finish so I was able to get the second vehicle in earlier. I wanted some additional programming done on the system that required both vehicles so when I went back I had to wait for a little while in their showroom. Mazin brought me water and then his father stopped by and chatted with me. I found their history to be very interesting and appreciate their customer service. I also experienced the same high level of customer service from the technicians I interacted with. Everyone at Bonnie and Clyde Stereo want the customers to have a great experience and they work hard to make that happen. You won't go wrong if you go there. I highly recommend them!

I would give them an A overall. I still use them. They really do a good job for what I get.
