Scheduling was very easy. The representative, Brandon, was great to work with. He was really responsive. The roof was perfect.

I have nothing but praise for Robert from Bold Roofing. I gather he was an insurance adjuster in a prior career so he knew exactly how to work with the bureaucracy of the insurance claim process. At first I must admit he seemed rather coy on the numbers but as the process evolved I realized it was a matter of education in the system. He caught the insurance adjuster's mistakes and made sure that everything that had taken a hit was fully accounted for. The work was performed right on plan and Robert kept up good communication. Moreover he was very patient and did not require payment until we had completed the last rounds with the Insurance adjustment process. Bold waited till we got paid with no issues.

My roofing experience couldn't have been better. We had hail storm earlier last year and our skylight got hit and broke the outer surface. I called several companies but among all of them Bold Roofing's responses were professional. Bob showed up on time and took me over the roof and explained me the hail damages. After I signed the contract, the insurance company came to inspect and they did not pass the roof for replacement. I called Bob and said the insurance company did not approve the replacement so just let it go and I will just replace the skylight. But Bob insisted me to escalate it and protest with the insurance company for a second third party inspection. I reluctantly called the insurance and to my surprise they agreed for the second inspection. Bob came out for both the inspections and the second time over the insurance company agreed to replace the roof. Also Bob found some damages inside the attic and the ceilings and pointed them to the insurance person. Eventually the insurance paid for the roof, and also some interior sheet rock and paint. After the roof was replaced I had some questions and Bob came out the very next day and cleared all my doubts. I can see why most of our neighbors went with Bold roofing and has to be a reason. I found couple of our neighbors went with other roofing companies and did not had good experience and wish they had called Bold.I will not hesitate to recommend Bold roofing to anyone who is looking for a roof replacement. We have already recommended him to at least 3 people. Thank you Bob!!!

The crew completed the work nicely without any issues. Seems to be good. Get it done in a day. During the sales process, the sales person promised to deliver things like Ridge Vent , Powered attic fan, built with great architecture etc.. He called me one day and told me that they will be installing the roof next day. No details provided like color of shingles, vent information etc... I asked to accept everything at that moment. They told me that reschedule won't be possible,since they had aligned the labor force. In the sales cycle, the sales person told me that he will come and answer any questions during the installation . He never showed up. The installation completed without Ridge Vent and power attic fan .When I asked after the installation he told me that the Ridge vent is not possible to install on my house. Later I saw my neighbor got it and he has similar plan as mine. I am not happy with the way the sales person handled the sales process. He could told me upfront what he can deliver or not deliver. My friends worked with different Sales person and had a good experience. If I wouldn't had that bad sales experience I would have given them A

He work with the insurance company in getting this taken care. Very professional and on time.

They did a good job and we were happy with them. They came back out about a year later and fixed a leak around the chimney. The price was very competitive. We had no complaints and they came when they were supposed. They did a very good job with the cleanup.

The process went smoothly. Workmen showed up on time and replaced roof in one day as stated.

After some hail damage and blown off shingles, resulting from a storm earlier in the year, I contacted Bold Roofing on the advice of a neighbor. Bob Stevens, from Bold Roofing came out promptly. He inspected the roof and made some on the spot repairs for the missing shingles. He advised me to contact my insurance company and then worked with me and the insurance adjuster. It took three weeks to get the work scheduled, after receiving confirmation that my insurance company was covering the claim. The job started on time (albeit with a one day slip due to storms on the original start date). The roof was hand nailed - a requirement for me (and I believe standard practice for Bold Roofing). This takes a little longer than many other contractors and it took the full two days to complete the rip-out of the old roof and installation of the new. The only debris I have found in my yard since the job were three nails, which based on previous roofing experiences is quite remarkable. The new roof looks great. The recommendation on color for drip edge and other fixtures made by Bob was spot on and I am very happy with the end result. A few days after the roof was completed, the second work crew came out to finish additional guttering repairs. Again, the work was done rapidly and professionally and the end result is great.

Great experience working with Nathan at Bold Roofing! He was on time every time, very professional and very caring. He took care of every detail. The workmanship is excellent and the clean up exceeded my expectations. I also had to have interior work to repair the damaged ceilings. The painter fixed the problems quickly and the ceilings look amazing. He even moved the furniture and covered everything --no mess! The price was just as amazing! I would definitely recommend Bold Roofing to all my friends.

They did a fine job. I'm not sure if some of their practices were ethical but they did a good job. Two years later, I still have no problem with their work. The insurance paid some of it. I might use them again.

In north Texas hail damaged roofs are a fact of life, and so are sleazy roofing companies. That is why I am glad I found Bold Roofing. They are a local company, so I am supporting small business in my community and they do a great job. They are honest, punctual, do excellent work (hand nail rather than use air-guns) and make the whole claims process really easy. I have had to replace 2 roofs in the past 13 years and Bold Roofing has done them both. I highly recommend them.

Their representative from Bold Roofing Company took care of everything. When he came out here, told us everything they would do and he'd check for the permits and with the insurance company. Basically, he took care of everything and all we had to do was just set a date.

We had contracted another roofing service to complete our roof and the day of install the service did not show up or call. We had to select another roofing company and was very apprehensive but the Salesman with Bold Roofing changed our entire perception of roofing companies. Nathan was very professional and was able to come and provide an estimate the very next day and scheduled the install of our roof at our convenience. He assured us that the services would be done according to our satisfaction and he was exactly right. The serviceman did a superb job and was finished so quickly, it completely shocked us. Nathan was wonderful and provided exceptional customer service. We have referred this company to our friends and neighbors because they are a great company and have wonderful salesman. We are pleased with the entire job from the sales portion to the installation.

Excellent service. Company promptly came out for estimate. Accommodated my requests for special features and worked with me and my insurance company to get the work done timely and cost effectively.

The company was not honest in presenting their contract. The company was to completed the appropriate permits with the city for electrical and roofing work. This was not done. We have had continued problems with the electrical work performed, leaking roof, and poor gutter work. The company presented false completion details to our insurance company on work not performed. The false completion details ultimately caused us problems in getting the work repaired. We paid the company for all work performed and held back the items not completed. We talked to the city inspectors and were told that the company, Bold Roofing, did not ever get the permits required to perform the work, therefore, no inspections could be performed by the city. We were told by the city inspectors that they have had concerns about this company in the past.

In my opinion, this company was a major pain to deal with. Between 8/12 and 11/12, Bold Roofing Company performed roofing and other external repairs to my single-family residence and property. They originally claimed to have different divisions of their company that handled types of work other than roofing, such as gutters, painting, fencing, etc. This turned out to be false. They simply subcontract out all the work activities other than roofing to independent contractors. However, they claim to serve as project managers and be in control of all the various work activities. In actuality, they let the subcontractors do whatever they decide to do, and I had to then personally spend tens of hours inspecting their work and demanding corrections for work that was either never done or was done incorrectly. I spent a total of approximately 2 hours on the roof supervising the subcontractors? employees in an effort to get them to correct their previous work. None of the subcontractors ever seemed to work from any written document or list. What they happen to remember is all that got done. A total project that should have taken 3 weeks maximum to complete took almost 3 months. They issued a multi-year roofing warranty, but when I found a leak and called for a warranty roofing repair, they logged in my request and then never responded to it. I ended up having someone else diagnose the problem and make the repair. I gave them a D rating instead of an F because the final work quality was good, even though I had to make this happen through many, many hours of my own efforts.

This was my second time to use Jerry Brady with Bold Roofing to replace an entire roof due to hail damage. They are very professional and do what they say, when they say. I have recommended them to friends and will continue to do so.

This project comprised the replacement of roofing shingles, damaged due to wind and hail. The prior shingles were stripped and the decking inspected. Bold Roofing installed new felt, drip edges, double enclosed valleys w/tile guard, vent stacks, flashing, turbines etc. and the finished product looks great. The installation was completed in a timely manner and our yard cleaned up and all debris removed, along with some other items that they agreed to haul away for us. The pricing was very fair and competitive with other quotes we received. Bold Roofing filed some of the claims with my insurance company all I had to do was confirm. Any questions we had about the project were answered promptly and follow up was excellent. We would definitely use them again and recommend Bold Roofing to our neighbors and friends as reliable and ethical roofing contractors

I used the project manager Tom Holcombe (214-533-2548) who also replaced two of my friends roofs. My roof needed to be replaced after a hail storm. This was the first time I had an insurance claim on my house and a roof replaced. I had heard a lot of horror stories, so I was a bit nervous about the whole process. Tom was great. Due to a large number of claims, my insurance representative had to schedule a Sunday appointment. Tom was very flexible and came out on his Sunday to meet with the adjuster and myself. His team showed up promptly on the scheduled day and replaced the roof. The process was very smooth and easy and the new roof looks great!

It went very smoothly, starting with Brent and me standing on the house assessing the hail damage. Another roofing contractor had already assessed the damage, but I wasn't home at the time. Brent was able to meet with me after hours. I liked his knowledge and his soft sale approach. I canceled the first roofer (recommended by State Farm) and switched to Bold Roofing. The rest was smooth sailing, from the actual roof being installed to all of the paperwork being filed for the insurance company. Very good experience.
