Description of Work: We had an excellent experience with Bold Roofing Co., Brent Bolte is the man to call. We have used Bold Roofing twice, first used them back In 2004 and now recently in June 2020, So 16 years later and Brent Bolte is just as professional, helpful as he was back then. Brent Bolte carefully examined our roof, met with the inspector, and worked with our insurance adjustor to fully replace our roof. I highly recommend Brent Bolte he is down to earth and will go the extra mile to make sure everything runs smooth and that you are happy with your new roof. Will definitely call them again if needed in the future. Thank you Brent Bolte!

Description of Work: This is probably the messiest-looking roof job in the neighborhood. We had to call them back to cover some holes made when they pulled the old roof off....we dealt with rats in the attic for the next year. We used these guys because another neighbor recommended them, but they had to call them back too, for "nail pops" that appeared in their wall because they hand-nail in the roof instead of using an electric nail gun. I would not call them to install another roof.

Description of Work: They replaced the roof shingles. Went fine, very quick, crew of 9 came out, had it done in a day |A second house of mine they also did. That required them to come back, they did, and everything is fine. |I'm now trying to get a third house completed, as noted in my scores, it can take a few calls to get on their radar, but I'm very satisfied with them.

Description of Work: Avoid - Avoid - Avoid. Once they do the estimate, they sneakily have you sign a contract that if you do not use them, you owe them 25% of the cost. They will try to bill your insurance company for work they did not do. They will NOT respond to calls or emails, or even tell you how much your roof will cost, just that they'll take care of everything with your insurance company. I would avoid at all costs!

Description of Work: Bold Roofing replaced our roof. First they inspected our roof, then they met our inspector. Next they told us what they would do and how much it was going to cost. They did the job two weeks later, they submitted all the paperwork to our insurance company, and when we received all of our money we paid them. Nathan and Lisa did an excellent job from start to finish. We would highly recommend Bold Roofing.

Description of Work: They removed old shingles, repaired some rotted OSB and removed 3 wind turbines. They put new shingles on the entire roof ane installed 3 new wind turbines.

Description of Work: One of their sales reps named Shawn took advantage of my ignorance of the way insurance works. He would never give me an estimate on the cost of the job. He would just say it would cost 1500 then 1000 then 500 then 300 out of pocket over a 4 week period. If he would of just sit down and give me some numbers on the costs of things and explained how the insurance game worked and been upfront about things things might of ok. Whenever I would call he would say he would have to go ask his boss and get back with me....it was like I was buying a car down at the Ford Dealership. Anyway when I learned I could get a lot more done for the amount of claim I had...I dropped them like a hot potato. And very unprofessional after trying to take advantage of me. Do your homework with these guys. I would not trust them.

Description of Work: Jason was my contact. He met with my adjuster and reviewed the roof with him. When the claims agent sent us a list and a check, Jason called them and was able to get them to re evaluate the claim and allow more for the repairs. Jason did an outstanding job! The installers were there early, got it done in 10 hours, and I could not even tell they had been there except for the new roof. My yard was spotless.- They removed the old shingles and paper and re-shingled the whole house.

Description of Work: I can't say enough good things about the experience I had working with Jim Turner at Bold Roofing. I needed a new roof due to the hail damage I received last year. I took my time in having the work done as I wanted to see what roofing companies were being used in my area. Bold Roofing stood out as the most signs I saw in yards. The roofs looked good as well. I contacted them the end of March and received a call back from Jim Turner one of their representatives. Working with Jim was a delight. He was knowledegable and very thorough in answering my questions. He even gave me a senior discount. His men arrived on the scheduled date at 7:30 a.m. and were finished early afternoon. The next day we had numerous tornadoes in the Dallas area and my roof survived without a mark. Jim can be reached at 817-819-0906.

Description of Work: This is no fly by night roofing company. Our roof was totaled by a hail storm and I worked with my insurance company and with Quentan to get the roof replaced. They were quick, cleaned up after themselves and repaired 2 minor issues. We had the roof done, added vents-- including solar power vents, chimney cap and gutters. Some painting was done too. I would highly recommend Quentan/Bold Roofing to replace a roof. I will also say this--- one of my neighbors came by after our roof was done, she had been looking for weeks in the area-- not just our neighborhood-- and decided ours was the best looking roof.
