JT, Raul and Ben were our crew.  They showed up on time and were professional but very friendly.  They were working efficiently and had our home emptied by lunch.  They were careful with our furniture and seemed concerned wtih doing a good job.  We are using them again when we need our items moved back out of storage and into our new home.

Started packing house and left in the middle of packing due to an emergency move; they did not have enough packing supplies and did not complete packing on time as promised. The day of the move; packing was still not finished so neighbors & family came over to help finish packing. After loading the truck they said truck would not hold everything and they could make two loads but would have to charge and additional $450.00 for second load. So family came over with flatbed and loaded remaining items and it took two round trips with family flatbed to complete the move and family had to unload the flatbed. First; the gentleman were friendly and professional. Table leg broke and was discovered next day. The quote estimate was way off because they wanted to charge extra $450.00 for second load; family and friends were left with the responsibility of finishing the move.

Preston, Raul, Reagan and Ben showed up at the house 15 minutes early and were ready to work.  They packed up all of our furniture and took great care with all of our belongs and packed every piece of furniture where it was very protected from any possible damage.  We have been moved by several other movers in the past and we have never seen movers take such good care of our things.   The team took two loads to move us primarily due to the large amount of large heavy furniture.  The movers never stopped working throughout the 10.5 hours it took to move us.  The movers were very protective of our stuff and took great care in moving our furniture. Our new home has hard wood floors and the movers were very conscientious of the floors and pointed out any scuff marks before they started moving to make sure we knew they didnt cause them.  We had several pieces of furniture that required all four movers to move and they all handled it very well.  They were also very patient with us with trying to decide where furniture needed to go.  The movers we got were great guys and were very good.  Overall we were very impressed with Black Tie Moving, the crew we got were very impressive and we enjoyed being moved by them.  I would recommend Black Tie Moving to anyone looking to move.  And we wanted to thank Preston, Raul, Reagan and Ben for taking such good care of our belongings and to our homes.

3 movers arrived early and got right to work. They did not waste any time. They had all of our belongings loaded in an hour and unloaded in another hour. Everything was wrapped and padded. No damage to any of our belongings or either house. The company has a 3 hour minimum charge. However, well worth the price. Extremely friendly, clean and professional. We don't plan to move again for a very long time. However, if something should change and we need to, they will be our first call.

The guys showed up ahead of time. They were very nice and courteous. We had multiple pickup points and they handled it flawlessly. They handled all of the furniture carefully and with respect. I couldn't be happier with service they provided. I will definitely use them again in the future.

Moved items we had in a 10X30 storage. I contacted Black Tie the day prior hoping to be able to move these items by the end of January and to my suprise the were able to fit this in the next day. The driver called to confirm the morning of the move and informed me they would arrive at 8AM the time we had agreed the day prior. The two guys sent were very profesional and worked non-stop until all of the items were loaded. A piano was part of the move and it never slowed loading or unloading. We will be contacting Black Tie if we are able to locate a replacement home. Great company great team handeling your goods.

Black Tie moving was great to work with. It was quick and easy to schedule with their website. The crew was on time and very respectful. All three gentleman were clean cut and very capable. Both houses were well protected as well as all of our belongings. The move took 8 hours for a 2 story 4000+ sqft house to another similar house 10 miles away. None of our items were damaged, which impressed me the most. I recommend using this group and I will use them for my next move

Black Tie Moving Services came to help me move my home on 12-19-2013.  We had a lot of expensive items and wanted the job done right.  These guys were very friendly, well spoken, educated, and professional.  I have never seen or heard of a moving company delivering this type of experience.  They also have a renovation company and a wood refinishing business.  We used those services also to glaze some kitchen cabinets and fix some scratches on our furniture from a previous moving service.  I would highly recommend these guys!
