Big Tex Moving

I worked with William, Anthony and Derek! Those guys rocked! They moved everything with speed and ease. They got me going in less than 3 hours for a 4 bedroom house. Everything was intact and without a scratch. They took off the burden of moving and they did it with a smile! They are pros! 😁

I don't understand how this company doesn't have any negative reviews on Google. The worst experience I've had with a moving company hands down. I was scheduled for Saturday 9/19/2020. The window they gave the movers to arrive and start was massive. 1pm-5pm Zach the office manager said they would most likely be there earlier since they had 3 people helping instead of 2. He also stated that 3 movers would be on my move as well with no extra cost (AWESOME). 2:30 pm Saturday I call and ask Zach what time he thinks his Guys will be heading my way. He says he doesn't know but he will let me know when he gets ahold of them. 3 hours and 30 minutes later (5:30) I call Zach even though Zach said he would reach out to me. Its now passed the time that they should have arrived by. Zach does the same thing again apologizes and says he will call me when he hears from his movers. Its now 6 o'clock, I call zach again same spill he apologizes and says he will call when he hears something. Finally Zach calls and says his movers are on there way they should be calling me (Keep in mind this is the first time Zach has reached out to me in the almost 6 hour wait, talk about quality management). The movers call and say they are 20ish minutes away.7:00pm rolls around I have been waiting now for 7 hours to start my move. I want to say by this time I am very unhappy with my experience. If you know you're over booked why not let the customer know. I could have called anyone else at that time and gone with someone who had the time to get me moved. Don't add me to your schedule and then your guys don't start moving me till almost 7:30......all in all we didn't get finished until almost 12am. There weren't three guys on the move there were two because apparently the third guy "didn't want to move me" or so the other movers told me. Some furniture of mine was damaged in the moving process and some of my walls were scratched and dinged up. All in all I am super dissatisfied with Big Tex Movers, I know now not to trust reviews I wont ever refer anyone to your company.

Jacob and William showed up on time and took care of business. They treated my small job like it was a big job and I couldn't be happier! Ask for Jacob and William; they're the real deal.

Gabriel and Matthew showed up on time and performed a highly professional, hassle free job for us. They were friendly, courteous, and efficient. We were very pleased.
