Brandon took care of this as soon as was possible, coming to my house at 8:00 pm. He was courteous, professional, and did an outstanding job. I would certainly use him again, without question.

Our refrigerator went out and we submitted a claim with our home warranty company. Better Appliance Service was sent out to do the repair. They correctly diagnosed the problem as a leak in the condenser coil. It was a $300 dollar repair that would require new copper tubing to be installed in place of the leaking copper tube. This should have been an easy repair but after multiple appointment cancellations by Better Appliance Service the repair was done incorrectly 13 days after we filed the original claim. After telling us they planned on correctly soldering new copper to repair the leak they instead used JB weld paste. After the repair was made our fridge still did not cool so we called Better Appliance Service back. They told us it must be a bad compressor. At this point we were fed up with them and demanded the home warranty send another contractor out. Another contractor came out and after examining our fridge found nothing wrong with the compressor. They said that Better Appliance Service using JB weld on the unit was why the fridge was still not working. The new contractor said that because of this improper repair that now the whole condenser coil needed to be replaced at a cost of $911. I would advise everyone to stay away from Better Appliance Service. They were slow to respond, unprofessional, they did not bring the correct tools, and they caused $911 worth of damage to our fridge by not correctly making a simple repair. We have been without a working fridge for over 3 weeks because of Better Appliance Service.
