Michael is a GEM! He called me immediately. Asked questions to get a feel of what the problem is. That's how you know he is very knowledgeable. He can diagnosis the problem just from a few questions. This way you do not have to pay a service fee. He quoted me a price right then. He came to me same day with the part he felt needed replacement. He was absolutely CORRECT!!! He got my refrigerator cooling for the new year!! I will definitely use him again and refer him to my family and friends!!!
