He did fine, he was quick, and very professional. He did what he said what he was going to do, and did it in a timely manner, and did a good job.
Description of Work: He came and took the spa out of the deck, and put some new plumbing on it and new parts that it needed. Then, he reset the spa back into the ground and I got a new cover for it.

Description of Work: Would never use him again - our spa is old and we were not expecting miracles but we didn't expect to pay almost $700 for absolutely no difference in the workings of our spa....you couldn't tell he was even here!!! We ended up paying for him to empty our spa twice and little to no difference! We are enjoying our spa, but not be cause of anything this guy did....he takes money for no results!

This customer had made do-it-yourself changes to the equipment witout telling us in advance. Also, continued to play with the equipment in between our calls to create havok and confussion. When we advised him that there would be a restocking charge from our supplier he said that he was going to fix himself. I guss that didn't work out very well.

We bought a hot tub and it had a leak. They promised to come out or call on a Saturday, but they never called. I called him and left a voicemail to tell him that he doesn't have very good customer service, since I didn't even receive a phone call. He then called me back and told me to take my business elsewhere.
Description of Work: We wanted to have them fix a leak in our hot tub.

Their workmanship is out of this world. They are neat, and I couldn't imagine having a better finished product. Price wise is high but you get what you pay for.
Description of Work: They installed a hot tub, maintain it for us, and they built some arbors and a stone patio in our backyard.
