They got rid of all the bees. He had to go under a mobile home where they were making a hive. They said we should spray foam insulation in the hole and put wood over it to keep them from coming back.

They were so compassionate. If they could they would have relocated the bees but it just wasn't possible. Very professional, nice people.

WE CONTACTED BE SAFE BEE REMOVAL ON TUESDAY, APRIL 2, 2013 AND THEY RESPONDED THE SAME DAY. DARREN MILNER RETURNED THE CALL AND SAID HE COULD BE AT THE RESIDENCE ON THURSDAY APRIL 4,2013 AT AROUND 11 AM. DARREN ARRIVED AT OUR HOME ON TIME AND BEGAN THE PROCESS OF GETTING TO THE BEE HIVE AND REMOVING IT FROM IN BETWEEN THE FIRST AND SECOND FLOOR OF THE HOUSE. IT TOOK ABOUT 3 HOURS TO COMPLETE THE REMOVAL OF THE HIVE. THEY WERE ABLE TO TAKE PHOTOS OF THE PROCESS. WE WERE VERY SATISFIED WITH THE WHOLE PROCESS OF REMOVING THE BEES AND THEIR HIVE.

We discovered bees in our living room and called Harold. He agreed to come that same day and arrived on time. He discovered the bees were swarming in the chimney and entering the living room through the fireplace. There are 2 young children in the home so he completely covered the fireplace opening to keep the pesticide from coming into our living space. He then gave the children a lesson about bees to help allay their fears. He picked up a dead bee, showed them the stinger and the poison, warned about stepping on dead bees, and then showed them (and me) how to remove a stinger. The work he did on the chimney was very professional, our bee problem is solved and Harold is a very personable teacher. Do not hesitate to call him. His response time was VERY impressive.

They came out the same day and did the job without me being there. It was not easy to get to but the bees are gone

It went very well. The service took about 30 minutes. Within 24 hours the bees were gone and did not return.

The beekeeper suited up and treated all areas that I indicated to him with a powder that proved to be impervious to subsequent rains and wind. (It was of some concern that I had no such protection - respiratory precautions were in order.) It took about a week before the wasps figured out that they could no longer access their residences on or in my property. Though the surrounding neighbors confirmed that they had the same problem, I have seen only the rare wasp at my property since the second week after treatment. It was money well spent. BTW: This interface is buggy...

The service went fine. The rep. was very professional and on time. He explained whether or not they were honey bees or killer bees and that was helpful as well.

They went above and beyond what was required, even going over to the next door neighbor's house and removing a nest from his garage.

On August 9, 2012 I purchased an Angie's Big Deal for $99 with the intention of having Bee Safe Bee Removal come out and spray around my house and yard for a wasp problem. This service was regularly $299.00 but the company didn't guarantee that the wasps would not return. My wasp problem was so severe that I figured $99 would be worth it anyway. It would at least help to make the situation manageable where I could spray individual nests as/if they appeared from that point forward. On August 10 my daughter called me at work, frantic and on the verge of calling 9-1-1 because a strange man was walking around the outside of our house and our dogs were going crazy. While I was on the phone with her trying to reach my neighbor on another phone, the man passed by a window and she was able to see that he was wearing a bee suit. It clicked at that point. I called Bee Safe Bee Removal to verify that they were indeed at my house. I was very surprised because I had not even spoken to the company yet to schedule the visit. I was told that they had talked to so many customers that day that they thought I was one of the customers who said it was okay to come on out and spray even though no one was home. Because I had NOT been home and had been unable to walk the perimeter with the Harold (the owner) offered to come back when I was home at no charge. The first trip resulted in the removal of 14 wasp nests and the second trip resulted in four more and I AM relatively wasp-free now. I've seen maybe three since they sprayed in comparison to 40-50 every time I went outside. I think what they did for me was worth $99 but I would not pay regular price for it. Pros:1) the Angie's Big Deal price of $99 (regularly $298) was worth the money (for house and yard)2) polite and accommodating customer service 3) came back a second time at no-charge when I expressed my displeasure in the first trip4) offered a refund in lieu of coming out a second time Cons:1) didn't call ahead to schedule the service a) I wasn't home to show them where I had seen wasp activity b) daughter was home alone and was frightened when they showed up2) don't guarantee that wasps won't return3) consider spraying the exterior of the house and your yard as two separate areas and charge for two separate areas (didn't charge me due to mis-scheduling

I called to take advantage of the $99 Wasp Removal and spoke with Harold. I was impressed with his knowledge and honesty. Once I explained our situation about wasps around our front bushes he explained that if I didn't necessarilly think their was a nest then there was some other options I could try first before having to the spend the money to have them out. I think when a company gives you options, as opposed to just trying to make a sale, it shows an honesty that I can only assume through experience reflects not only in their business practices, but also their work. I can't comment on their quality, since I did not have the work performed, but I can say in just the brief time I spoke with Harold that I will definitely use them if necessary.

Bee Safe Bee & Wasp Removal came out just a couple hours after I called them and performed a live removal of the bees. They did not even require that I was home and would take a credit card over the phone. They were over $100.00 cheeper, very prompt, and extremely friendly. I would highly recommend this company and would use them again if needed. Darren also gave me his personal cell phone number in case I had any other questions. Very impressed with their service

Before starting the work, he explained that if the bees had nested within the house somewhere, he would have to find the nest. He said he would spray outside first. If we had any more problems, give him a call & he would be right out.

Darren came out to take care of a large cluster of bees that had built a hive in a second story eave on the side of my house. I had called in the morning and he arrived by mid afternoon. When he said he would honor the Angie's coupon, I hired him and within an hour he had decommissioned the hive. He said he would have to come back to remove the hive and we agreed on a day and time. He was very punctual, and did an excellent job of dismantling the eave, removing the honeycomb (about 30 pounds!) and reconstructing the eave. He was careful to caulk the entire area to assure no future nest building. It took him about 4 hours to accomplish all of this since the bees had worked their way into multiple cavities in the compound eave. He was courteous and professional and I was very pleased with his work.

They were very responsive and quick to return my call. They scheduled my appointment the same day and it was two hours later. They were very professional and I was very happy with the job they did.

They come out. They did their job. They were friendly. I would use them again.

Jefferson came out about one hour after I spoke to Harold, the owner, even though it was almost 9pm on Saturday night. He was very professional and friendly. We spoke about what he was going to do briefly, since it wasn't going to be light much longer. He dressed in bee keeper gear after he spoke to us, and went to work. All of this took place as my toddler was asleep. The killing was quick:) Jefferson even showed us the bees in our eve that he killed (on video) after he was done. He did not rush us at all, and answered all of our questions. Jefferson also took time to show us some bees he captured earlier in the day. Luckily we used the coupon on Angie's List for the extermination, and Harold said to do the same for the removal. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. I will be calling ASAP if I ever see honey bees again!

The technician that came out originally was not responsive and didn't keep his appointments, but the new technician was definitely an improvement.

Bees began flying in to the home via a lighting fixture in the kitchen. We found Bee Safe on Angie's List and they came out to exterminate the bees. The bee keeper arrived and was very helpful and informative about the infestation. They set an appointment and came out on time. We were not sure what was going on...and the Bee Safe bee keeper explained all of it very well. He told us that the "nest" could be very large. We decided to "exterminate" the bees since they were entering the house and this was becoming dangerous. Otherwise we might have had their nest excised by Bee Safe and taken away to save these bees. We then waited a few months and had them out again to actually remove the nest. Another young man arrived and spent several hours removing the nest. He had to remove the wood from the side of the home and then reconstruct it after the bee's nest was removed. Very nice and polite young man. Job well done.

Everything went great. I called them up and was at my house within an hour and it was in the evening, and they came over right away. They were very nice and great at communicating with me. They came back to check on everything after the initial visit.

Austin arrived within about 30 minutes and successfully removed the entire colony in about an hour, even bringing down the owl box from the tree for us. His wife came a few minutes later with a large bucket for the bees and we enjoyed visiting with him about his line of work. He and his wife just moved her from Utah and have bought Bee Safe but will now be known as Rumble Pest Control. It was a pleasure to deal with such nice people who go about their work with professionalism and who were so patient with us as my son brought over his family to watch the process.
