The service was great! James came a day early to our suprize and were finished in about 30 minutes. He educated my husband on how to control wasps in a non chemical fashion as well. So far, no more wasps! They also gave a six month warranty for the area above the back door overhang. Highly recomend!!

did not use this provider and would not recommend them. called twice had to leave message --- no return call. Called again today 6/24/14 and the calls could not be connected.

Same day appointment for a new bee colony on backyard retainer wall. Jim came at exact time he said he would and flushed them out within 30 minutes. They also cover the service with a warranty for the rest of year!

The service turned out good, but the infestation of the bees came back. They wanted to take a wall out in my garage to take the honey comb out, but they wouldn't replace the wall. The scheduling was okay and they did a good job with that. They got the job done in about an hour. The technicians were good and they were nice. I felt they were always trying to get me to pay for other services. They use some type powder spray that kills the bees naturally. I thought they were going to remove the bees, but they just sprayed the solution and I felt it was misleading.

It was wonderful. They are the best and that is why we keep calling them. They are a really good company. They did a good job. The scheduling is good and we didn’t have any problems. The bees never came back and they got rid of all of them.

The service worked out fine. They were very open and upfront about what they could do. They said this may not take care of it, it all depends on how long the bees had been up there cause I really didn't know. We could see some deterioration of the old hive, they might have to come out to tear it out to clean it up. They were very full disclosure oriented. If the need arises we would use them again.

Steve and James got there on timed. The hive was in a soffet over the front porch. Steve dusted the area. James came back a week later. He filled two five gallon buckets of hive. Cleaned out the space and spread powder as a deterent to other critters and repaired the soffit.

They arrived when promised (the same day they were called), performed their service as promised at the price they promised. Very happy with their service and committment.

It went perfect. We would definitely recommend him. He was very professional, thorough, and he was very funny. He was all excited about doing the job. He got the job done in a few hours. When he left he informed us to call him if we had any problems, and he was very personable.

They arrived on time and they did a very good job. The bees returned and I called them. It is part of their policy that if any bees return within a year at the same spot they will exterminate again. I am very pleased with their service. Michelle was very willing to talk with me about their process as to why they had to exterminate rather than save the colony. She was willing to take the time to educate me about their process.

Went fine. He was very prompt and professional. I gave B's on price and quality because of the extermination instead of live removal and because I didn't need the guarantee. If I had needed it, I probably would have been completely happy with the price. Harold also gave me some good advice on holiday decorating. All and all, a very good experience.

Excellent service and follow up

On the initial call I spoke to Michelle. I asked if there would be a way to "save the bees" and she was very frank in that the time of year of the removal would prevent from saving them. The bees would not have enough time to rebuild this time of year(mid Sept). There was also a $25 coupon/discount from Angie's list which we got. The service was done very promptly by the afternoon of the morning I talked to them. Address on the receipt is: 3419 Westminster, Ste 283, Dallas, TX 75205, but the phone number is the same.

They were very responsive, nice and flexible with scheduling. I would use and recommend them. I dont remember the price exactly but think it was around $100. Not positive though.

We are happy with the job so far. The guy was very knowledgeable and great. Hopefully we got rid of the bees but we have to wait for a few weeks to make sure that they're fully gone. The service has a warranty and we are happy.

We noticed a swarm of bees late late yesterday. They were swarming in and under our roof eaves. I found Bee Safe Bee Removal online, and noticed they had many great reviews from Angie's List customers. I called and Michelle was very pleasant and informative. We set up an appointment for today, and she explained a tech would call me shortly to let me know what time to expect him. Steve called within 20 minutes and told me he would be in my area within an hour. I couldn't believe it - no waiting around all day! He promptly showed up, explained what he was going to do, what to expect afterwards, their guarantee. He was very nice! He suited up and went up his ladder to our 2nd story roof. He used a special powder to remove the bees. The whole process from my 1st call to him finishing the job took less than 2 hours! Bee Safe was so professional that it was a pleasure doing business with them. They are so knowledgable about bees and answered all my questions plus shared so much interesting information regarding bees. Michele was the first person that I talked to when I called and she was so informative and courteous. She told me the name of the technician, Steve, that would be coming to my house in only a couple of hours. Steve arrived timely, was so courteous and professional. He explained everything to me regarding the removal process and gave me the bid. He proceeded with the first step of removing the bees. His return visit for honeycomb removal was again prompt, courteous and professional. He was extremely informative about the whole process and was nice enough to answer all my questions while I watched the removal and took pictures. I was very pleased with this company and will recommend them to anyone with a bee problem.

I discovered bees in a part of the house where I do not go very often. I called Bee Safe Removal and James discovered a 40 lbs. hive behind my sheetrock. First he powdered the hive to kill the bees, then returned 3 weeks later to remove the hive. I really appreciated how he informed me of the process. I am very happy with the service I received from Bee Safe.

Two steps: 1. Remove bees from area infested. 2. Return days later after bees leave the area to remove hive. Great care not to destroy property while accessing hive area. Removed hive and cleaned the area and replaced window framing after finished. Very concerned about minimal damage to save us on repair cost.

Went fine. Got most of the bees. Some bees hung around the next two days.......and he came back and took care of them. They had relocated to a higher spot on the front porch column. He treated that area as well, and we have not seen any bees since. Harold Wright did a good job and was prompt and thorough. Amazing service!! They removed many wasp nests from my home and simply asked me to call if I had any further trouble. I'll call them and only them if I ever have a problem again. Simply the best!!!!

I left a message for Bee Safe yesterday, and was called back within 15 minutes. The person I spoke to was knowledgeable, and offered me several solutions for my bee problem. They scheduled to come to the house on the same day. The service person was professional and did a thorough job. He reminded me that they would provide follow-up services for free if the bees returned within a certain time period. Overall, I am very happy with the experience. Although I wish the service was cheaper, I feel comfortable that I paid for a company with expertise who could do the job correctly the first time! I would recommend them to others.
