I'm sorry you have an unfavorable opinion of the service we provided. I renew my invitation for you to call us at the telephone numbers we provided you privately so we may discuss how we can improve your experience. You prepaid for a honeybee extermination, which was rendered on one of the dates you suggested for service. That extermination is covered by a warranty through the end of the calendar year and to date we have not heard that you have had any additional issues. The beekeeper who performed the extermination indicated to you that he suspected the bees had been inside the structure long enough to have created hive and honeycomb. This debris, if left inside the structure, oftentimes causes future infestation of other pests and rodents, and even new bee colonies. Removal of this debris subsequent to an extermination is a service we also offer in addition to LIVE bee removal which would have included removal of any hive and honeycomb. All our professional beekeepers offer their assessments of each situation to our clients. In cases where additional services would be beneficial, we suggest them. We sincerely apologize if you felt tricked or pressured into considering any additional or unwanted service. That is certainly not our intent. Our motivation in offering additional services is in keeping with our reputation for providing excellent customer service and client satisfaction is our number one priority.
