Description of Work: Killed bees instead of saving them. I could have used bug spray to kill them for much cheaper. I specifically asked and was told bees would be captured.

Description of Work: They came to the house because I heard buzzing from inside my daughter's bedroom walls and thought I needed a live removal. It was a second story wall/roof situation, so I couldn't have done anything myself. He was very careful with the structural parts of the house as he determined that the sound was actually coming from a mud dauber nest under the soffit. He treated the nest and also treated a mean yellowjacket nest on my fence on the side of my house that I wasn't aware of. It was a pleasure to work with this company!

Description of Work: I had a sudden nesting of bees immediately outside my front door last spring. They came and treated the area once with a guarantee to return if the bees returned. Everything went off without a hitch.

Description of Work: Removed a wasp nest from second story, hornets around outdoor water spigot, and found several other nests I wasn't aware of. Dusted with a powder of some sort. Problem was solved!

They got a B because the original tech who came to inspect and make recommendations left town, allegedly for a family death, and then didn't return. This resulted in about three weeks between the original inspection and the final work.

Description of Work: Steve happened to be on another job in the general area. Called me in about 15 minutes when he finished, was at my house in another 15 minutes, and took care of the bee swarm. He was friendly, and professional. He explained why my home construction (random shaped stone veneer 1st floor under steel siding 2nd floor) made bee removal difficult. He told me everything he would do and what I should expect to happen over the next few days. He suggested things to do to reduce chances of future infestation. Great service.

Description of Work: A colony of honeybees had taken up residence in my water-meter box, and obviously they had to go before they attacked the meter-reader or the lawn service guys. I didn't want to kill them, so I contacted Bee Ssfe. Steve came out the next morning and quickly removed the hive from the meter box. The price was a little more than I had expected, but I guess you pay for the expertise. Note: when you call Bee Safe, be sure to specify LIVE removal (they also offer extermination).
