Description of Work: I looked for a gun safe for about two months before deciding on a Fort Knox gun safe. The local dealer here in the DFW are was Bee's Keys. In August 2015 I went to the Fort Worth gun show specifically to look at the Fort Knox safe and Bee's Keys were in attendance. |I met with them and discussed a Titan vault and I also had an opportunity to see the colors that were available. They were very professional and helpful at the gun show. |I placed an order at the show and paid for it in full with the understanding that delivery would be extra. |In December of 2015 I called to find out when my vault would be delivered. Mike informed me that the vault had been there since early November and should have already been delivered. He would call me back as soon as he found out why it hadn't been delivered. A week later I again called and Mike said that they didn't have my telephone number written down correctly. My sales order from August shows my telephone number very clearly. They did have my e-mail address as they had previously sent me an e-mail confirming the order back in August. |I expressed my deep disappointment and asked that the delivery take place ASAP. Within two hours the delivery men called to arrange for delivery the next day. The delivery people were pros all the way. They took their time and did a great job. |The only complaint I have is that it took way too long to deliver. If you purchase a vault from them, do not pay for it up front or they will be in no hurry to get it delivered. |

Description of Work: They made 6 copies of a key. I've tried other places and the keys never work. These were perfect and I have since used them to copy an additional key. I'm very happy with their work.

Description of Work: Replaced the locking mechanism on the garage door.

Description of Work: They fixed a lock for me. And then, they showed me how to properly get my doors locked in position.

Description of Work: Our home had been broken into a couple of weeks prior. The Bee's Keys gentleman who came out installed some additional door and window locks. He was extremely helpful with advice and very professional. We could not have been more pleased and would definitely use them again.

Description of Work: Showed up exactly when expected and he could have told me I needed a lock replacement but he said it was repairable and explained what caused the problem which was helpful and saved me quite a bit of money since it was a very high end lock. Also made spare keys for another lock I needed, as well as give me estimates for upgrading other locks. I have already recommended them as there are very few state licensed in our area and this one is great.

Description of Work: Repaired the dead bolt and door locks on front and back door - both of which had been damaged due to the shifting foundation in our home, built in 1947. He also cut us new keys for all three of our exterior doors, because part of the problem was the keys we were using were copies I made from Lowes and didn't work correctly and were actually causing damage to the casing that houses the locking mechanism inside the door. He was in and out in 40 minutes and was very pleasant and professional. This is a great company!

Description of Work: I contacted the provider via e-mail on July 7 and they immediately responded on the same day less than 5 minutes to inform me that "we will have our dispatcher call you tomorrow at AM to set an appointment to see your facility and give you an estimate.". They did not contact me until Wednesday AM. After contact was made they informed me of a $65.00 just to come look at your space. I guess no one else has experienced a costfor an estimate because according to the reviews this was not mentioned.

Description of Work: I bought the parts, but they replaced the front door handle, installed a keypad entry device, rekeyed the back door, and made copies of the keys. It was a little more than I expected to spend, but the doors work beautifully.

Description of Work: We called Bees Keys to get an estimate on new locks or a re-key for all of our doors.

Description of Work: They duplicated ignition keys for my Volvo which is very hard to find someone to do that.
