appliance sales
 + -1 moreMy builder contacted Eddie Brown and he was told that they would change out the dishwasher but I have had no further contact with him. As an aside, my builder has stopped putting GE appliances in his new homes and is recommending another company for his homes.
Description of Work: This is for the sale of a new General Electric Dishwasher in a newly built home. It was put in use on April 13, 2009 and after 6 months I had broken or chipped 7 glasses. I talked to Beal's and I called General Electric several times, requesting that something been done. West Texas Appliance Repair came out and also talked to GE, getting no results. I feel that the top rack of the diswasher is hanging and bouncing when racked in and out and that is what is causing the glasses to bang together and break. I have been extremely careful lately about sliding the top rack in and out and have found less breakage, but I feel that I should not have to take the care needed to prevent breakage.
