I discovered one recent morning that our water heater was leaking all over the floor of the closet in which it resides. I called David, and he was at the house within about an hour to take a look at the problem. We had to have a new water heater installed. Even though the current one (a 40-gallon unit) was under warranty and David said he would do all the paperwork required, we chose to install a 50-gallon to support some future remodeling plans to the house. David's folks were great, and they had the new water heater in by the end of the day. You absolutely can't go wrong with Bateman Services!

I don't feel he finished the job. I had asked for an empty conduit to be installed next to the one he was installing to run electrical wires underground. That was apparently completely forgotten. The additional damage was completely unfinished, I've never heard from him again. I am very disappointed in this performance.

It was excellent. He was always punctual. He always got in touch with me.

While the line was extended and connected, I subsequently had an issue with the plumbing hookup such that the plumber had to return and pull out the dishwasher to fix the drain pipe. He had difficulty because the newly installed electrical cord was not long enough to test run the dishwasher pulled out from the cabinet. The plumber seemed to think David's guy should have set it up with more cord. It was not a huge deal but a little extra cording would have saved time on this other fix. It works now, so I suppose I'm satisfied.

Made an appointment with David to provide an estimate to replace my existing geo/thermal a/c units. David was very friendly and courteous. He returned my phone call quickly. He made some suggestions to resolve my a/c problems but took a bit longer than I was willing to wait to provide me a written quote. In the mean time I had requested estimates from other providers and selected another company to do the work.

David is a very nice guy and I think genuinely wants to do good work. However, he is not responsive to phone calls and emails and work has drug out for many weeks. His workmen were polite and generally competent, though his plumber left a mess at each work site.

He was prompt and professional. I would highly recommend him.

The conduit on our pool equipment broke causing a short in the line for the pool equipment. I Called David on Sunday. He returned my call on Monday morning, and he came out that day to cut out the short, remove the problem section of the conduit, and splice the wires back together for a temporary fix. He also quoted us a fair price to replace the bad piece of conduit, bury it (since it was above ground), and re-string the wires back from the house. He was willing to lower the price if we dug the trench to bury the line. We have not had him perform this permanent fix yet, but we anticipate using him. He was very professional and explained everything he was doing. I would use him again for any electrical work.

A little slow in the initial contact, but showed up when he said he would, finished the job quickly with a team of workers. All very polite and helpful.

David Bateman answered my call and came out immediately to temporarily restore our air conditioning until he could get the parts to complete a repair on Monday. With a long run of 104 degree days we were grateful to be able to stay in our home over the weekend and not have to find a hotel to accept us and our 2 dogs. David was very responsive and professional as was his assistant who completed the repair on Monday as promised.

Excellent. I would highly recommend David. He is very honest, knowledgeable and helpful. Provided a good price and finished work on time. I will use him for all future electric, plumbing, and AC work.

I called him in the morning. He returned the call 24 hours later. I had already arranged for someone else to check out my microwave.

I spent more than a week making repeated phone calls to this company, most redirected to an answering service or voice mail. Promises to return my calls were not kept. This is very unsatisfacory service, and I finally made arangements for service with another provider.

It was super in every way. He was on time, and new what he was doing. He followed up on something at no charge.

I will have him back to do more jobs.

When I called him, he said he was in the area, and could be there within 10 minutes. He fixed the problem quickly without any problems, and gave a fair price. He was also a very nice, personable guy. He was fantastic.

David did a great job on both the light fixture and the power outlet. The light fixture was very heavy so he needed to find someone to help him. He returned when he said he would, he called when he said he would and was very polite and pleasant. I will certainly call him again. He is very talented and knowledgeable.

He has showed incompetence on many occasions. He was very prompt and courteous, but when it comes to putting it together and making it work, he's wretched and erratic. Now it's come to the point that he says he will come back one more time to do work we've already paid for, but it's taking too much of his time. I don't think he knows what he's doing and I would warn others about basic competence. There's something loony going on here. We've been leaving the key for him per his request and he's often claimed that the key wasn't there or claims to have visited the house when he hasn't. He is deliberately dishonest.

This is the third time Mr. Bateman has come to our house, and we have only received quality repair work from him. His prices are very reasonable, especially considering that this was three hour's worth of work.

I had heard great things about David. I was delighted that he came out to my residence to give me an estimate in person. However, he was not very responsive to emails or phone calls while trying to set up an appointment to do the work. He kept saying he would call back in a few days, a week would go by, I'd call him again, same thing. This went on for about a month and I gave up on him. Found another company that did a good job for much less than David's estimate. I think his problem is simply he has more business due to his good reputation than he knows how to handle.

HE WAS ON TIME, VERY POLITE, REASONABLY PRICED.
