Ayala's Painting

very good results, not quite great, but very good. i give him a B on trim work and an A on everything else. A+ on price.

Jose Ayala did a great job. He returned the call on time, came in for an estimate as appointed. He was very professional. He scheduled us in time before we put the house on the market. His estimate was very reasonable, originally $275 for all the work. On the day of the appointment, he and his crew showed up on time. They went to work right away, only hindered by my having to run to Home Depot and get the paint. But they went ahead and got started with sanding the door, frame and everything else that they could do without the paint. During the work, it was found out that the white I bought did not match the white already there. Luckily, he has spare paint in his van that matched our colors and he used that instead. We also added a couple more drywall dents to fix as well as the fixing the door frame so the door would close easily. He added $30 for all the additional work that his crew did. Overall, they did an excellent job, very professional and the results were great. They cleaned up well after themselves, swept the floor and wiped it down before they left. There was no bonus fees and any other add-ons other than the ones we agreed upon. I would definitely use them again.
