HE DIDN'T SHOW UP

After the trees were trimmed, I discovered a sculpture that had been broken and I had not been told about it. When I wrote my unsatisfactory review, Jose immediately responded and had the sculpture repaired. I will have the sculpture painted to match the base but I am happy that the sculpture is now back in one piece and looks very nice. I am happy that Jose did the right thing by repairing the damaged sculpture as I did not expect to hear back from him. He told me that he left for about 30 minutes while his crew worked and they had failed to tell him about the damage. Thank you Jose!

We contacted them to come out and quote cleaning up two large trees. He quoted us $900. Then lowered to $700. We told him we'd do it and asked how to proceed when using Angie's List coupon. Once we told him that he said he could not do the deal. (my assumption is because then it would be even cheaper...$450 on my end... and he did not want to do that). The coupon does NOT state that you must mention the deal PRIOR to receiving quote and even if it did that's ridiculous b/c then he would have just marked it up the discounted amount. Very unprofessional.

Jose Ayala (the company owner) and his 3-man crew arrived on time and they began work right away. Jose supervised the work and stayed until the job was completed. They were very professional in their job and did great work. The branches were removed as necessary and the trees were trimmed for a good appearance. I recommend the company and will definitely use them again.

The trees were trimmed adequately although several branches were left dangling. My real problem with the work performed was that a sculpture was broken by the crew and I did not discover it until about 5 minutes after they left. The crew had moved the sculpture and put it behind our gas grill. It is not repairable. I thought it was extremely unprofessional not to show me the damage they caused. I would never recommend Ayala's Tree Service to anyone else.

He gets an A+ in my book. He was fantastic. He cleans up as he goes. He left the yard really clean. He knows what he is doing. He did a beautiful job. He had a great personality.

We have a huge tree in our backyard that needed to be trimmed. It had been trimmed by another company, who did not do a good job. In fact, in a recent storm, a branch broke our window. Ayala and his crew did an excellent job trimming both the tree in the back and our tree in the front. They were very thorough. Now a lot more light comes through. They cleaned our backyard from the leaves and debris before leaving. I would definitely use them again.

It went great. Jose and his crew arrived on time, got right to work and did everything I asked them to. The branches were stacked neatly at curbside. I will use them again for tree work and landscaping. Nice guys too!!

I used this company recently when I bought an Angie's List deal for tree trimming. They did such a great job that I called them again when I needed landscaping and shrubs planted and some more tree trimming. Jose responded to my call immediately and came out personally to look at what I wanted done and give me a bid. This was not a small job. I wanted mature 7 gallon shrubs planted and the stumps removed where the old shrubs had been and some additional tree trimming. They arrived promptly in the morning and worked diligently until 3 p.m. They did a beautiful job and cleaned up meticulously once again. I am so glad I have found a dependable and skilled landscaper with a multitude of skills. I have used many landscaping companies in my 50+ years in Dallas but I can say without a doubt that Ayala's Landscaping is the best and most reasonably priced. Call them for your next job and you will not be disappointed!

Overall, they were prompt, did a very nice job with the trim, were extremely polite, punctual and responsive. The owner was a very nice guy. I definitely recommend him and would not hesitate to use him again.

Got here 15 minutes early and went right to work. It took 4 men, 3 hours but the trees and the front of the house look great. Will use the again.

They were very professional and very clean. I didn't pay any extra for them to haul away the rubbish as well. They even swept up my back porch.

Jose, was punctual for both the estimate and the service date. He and his helper did a nice job and carried off all the limbs. I had to remind him serveral times that I needed an invoice for the extra $800.00 he charged, and finally got it.

Showed up when they said they would but then left to do another site first with my permission. They returned in a few hours and did all the requested work.

Ayala provided me a quote few days after I purchased the Angie's list deal. On the day of the service, the tree trimming crew of three people, including Ayala, arrived on time. They were professional. They pruned the overgrown branches of the tree that had spread over my house and into my neighbors yard and house, in an efficient manner. After the trimming, they piled all the cut branches in front of my house for the city trash pick up. They then cleaned up all the loose leaves and debris and filled up trash bags. Overall they did a great job.

They cut 3 big trees and small trees around the fence area. Clean up really well after cutting. Excellent job.

Ayala's Tree service did a thorough job of pruning my oak trees. They were on time, knew their work and cleaned after they were done. They were very professional. I will be calling them again!

Very good communication, arrived on time and worked the majority of the day on Saturday. Work was very thorough and as discussed. Left the yard very clean and hauled off all of the tree trunk and limbs. Had to work around a fence and did all of the work with no damage.

This is the guy you want to trim your trees! Jose Ayala was "on point" all the way. He came out the day after I purchased an Angies List deal and we discussed what needed done. I used my "deal" for a giant Magnolia tree that had huge limbs overhanging the roof. Jose also trimmed 7 other trees and did the haul away for an extra $350.00. That was an incredible deal!!! He was over $1000.00 less than all other bids I received. He was prompt, arriving exactly when he promised, did a fantastic job and was meticulous with the clean up. Jose and his entire landscaping crew are amazing! They can do anything you need done and do it well! I have had Jose plant seasonal flowers, create flower beds and cut down and trim up trees all with terrific results! We bought a house that was so overgrown you couldn't even see it! Because of that we got s great price on it and have increased the value through curb appeal ( Jose!!!) in the last two years. His crew is on time and dependable and always seeks to please me!
