It went well. Mr. Ayala came by on Sunday to see what exactly the job entailed. We agreed that his crew would come back the next afternoon to do the work. They arrived promptly and finished the entire job in about an hour. There was no damage to my lawn where the tree fell an barely any sign that they cut it up in my yard. I would use them again..

I couldn't get a quote after I mentioned wanting to use the coupon on Angie's list. The guy who was in contact with me said he would stop by my house around 6pm. He showed up at 4:40pm and I wasn't home yet. He called my phone and I was able to tell him what I needed. He asked me if I was planning on using a coupon and I confirmed that I was planning on using his coupon. He said "O.K. I will call you back in a few min with a quote........He never called me back....I guess he doesn't like his coupons.....or he doesn't like my tall trees....????

We contacted the our usual tree service about the sickly tree and dead limbs. We we quoted $400+ for the job. I found Ayala's deal for $200 for $400 tree service. I left a message for them and Jose called back immediately. Then, he came out the same day to estimate the job. I think he was prepared to do more work for the price, but I was more than happy to get the work done for half the price of our other tree service's estimate. Jose and crew came out the next day, They did a great job and cleaned up thoroughly. I believe our crape myrtle has turned the corner. It is full of healthy green new growth and is starting to bloom! We're very happy.

Jose and folks arrived in time. My tree had branches touching the roof. They cut it cleanly without damage. The guy even cleaned up other in the way branches and some dead branches on another tree. Pretty quick and professional. All was cut up into small pieces for city to pickup as expected. Excellent job, great service and very professional. I'd Recommend to friends

Trees look good and Ayala is very personable and customer service oriented. The good - work was done in a timely manner, trees looked great and clean up was thorough. The bad - work was scheduled for 2 pm and the crew showed up at 9 AM. I had planned to take off work to supervise the job and it worried me to leave a first time contractor unsupervised. The good news is that everything worked out well. Ayals let me know that if he had to haul off the trimmings it would cost an extra $150 since the dump charged him per load. He suggested that we place the trimmings out for bulk pick up and let the City do it. Unfortunately in Coppell, yard waste must be bundled and tied before they will take it and Ayala was unaware of this. The good news is that Ayala called to follow up on the job and he ended up coming back to the house and removing the branches for no additional charge. This in my mind is the sign of a good contractor that I will use again.

It didn't. I never heard from them, not once. When I emailed, I got no response. So I called and actually spoke to them, they agreed to call me back to schedule an appointment. I never heard back from them email, phone, or otherwise.

Mr. Ayala and his crew did a wonderful job removing a large tree from our yard. His bid was the lowest of five we received for this job, and he was very responsive and quick to answer any questions we had. He and his crew were professional and took great care to clean up all debris and leave our yard looking great. Mr. Ayala is such a pleasant man with a great positive attitude, and we look forward to working with him and his crew again!

I was contacted promptly by the provider, who came to my house and gave a reasonable estimate. Although I was not home at the time, they cut the branches in a reasonable manner and removed all of the cuttings.

Jose and his team removed a large limb that was hanging over my house efficiently without damaging anything. They also removed dead branches / cleaned up the remainder of the tree. The team was quick and did a good job cleaning up all the limbs they removed.

Trimmed fined but left 200.00 dollars worth of limbs. We have to hire another company to take away all the limbs. I purchased an Angie deal. Watch out for the word deal. I am disgusted with Angie and this company. READ THE FINE PRINT. Angie is a real disappointment.

Jose and his crew did and excellent job shaping our yaupon holly tree and trimming two big limbs off two other tress for us. They were punctual and professional. Jose and his men were very professional and cleaned up afterwards. I would use them again if it weren't for his high cost. They were here 3 hours and charged an additional $400 on top of the $199 deal for $400 worth of work. That comes out to $89 per man per hour. Insane but they did a great job. Was not prepared for the cost tho.

I was concerned that removal of three large oak trees might damage my fence, chicken house or other nearby trees. They scaled the trees and lowered limbs to the ground on ropes. I was very happy that no damage occurred.

I am amazed with their work, they came right on time. They communicated ahead of time perfectly. They finished incredibly fast, I'm still a little shocked, they finished in under 2 hours! We had a giant tree that grew on the side of the house that hovered over the neighbors yard, they managed to cut it down completely without going into the neighbors yard. They neatly stacked everything out front, they removed two additional smaller tress that were springing up, and did on awesome job edging the front and back yards. All of this was done in under 2 hours!!! Can't recommend them enough!

I wasn't able to be home when the service was performed, but when I came back, all work was done as requested and it was cleaned up in a way that you couldn't see that they did any work in the backyard, which isn't that easy since I got a pool underneath the tree. Very satisfied with the work provided.

We bought the coupon for $500 of services for $250 and then got a quote for the entire job. The quote seemed reasonable so we had Jose do all of the work and paid an extra $1,000 to him. The work was done by a crew of 3-4 people in a little over a day, trees look great and they completely cleaned up the grounds by the trees. We plan to use him in the future for annual maintenance.

Jose met me on a Thursday during lunch to give me a quote for the 2 large (50ft tall, 50ft diameter) trees in my front yard. These old trees needed trimming a year ago! Jose gave me a quote and his 2 man crew did a fantastic job that Saturday! He's very friendly and smiley. He wanted to make sure no cars were parked under the trees during the trimming. They piled up the trimmings about 5 ft tall! The city had no problems picking it up it appeared. I had no problems and it was a smooth and pleasant experience. I highly recommend him!

Low hanging branches were removed / fallen tree remove and cut in sections with an active bee hive inside. Everything was place on the curb, only downside is no tree trim on the tree in the front, but the ultimate goal was achieved. It was a job well done.
