ASP - America's Swimming Pool Company

I am so disappointed in the work performed on my pool. We had a complete pool renovation 3 years ago, all new plaster, water tile, travertine decking, outdoor kitchen and a complete upgraded pool system. Three years later, and the outdoor kitchen has sunk so far that we cannot even open the mini fridge anymore. The concrete top was connected to the brick of our house and has caused damage to the house, as well as the kitchen area. I have called multiple times and I was finally quoted a price of about $3,500 to repair the area. I was told there was only a 1 year warranty on their work. Three years seems fast for this much damage to have occurred. I am shocked that they will not take care of this, even realizing it was obviously not supported correctly when built. We worked with Darren, who was great, but he is no longer there, and there has been no good customer service! I would stay away from this company!

I contracted with Darren Kesler at ASP in 2015 to repair a leak in my pool and gel coat the fiberglass shell that makes up the surface of the pool. The repair has held, but the gel coat was applied incorrectly and started to pit where they did not properly clean the surface before application. I called to ask how long the warranty is on the treatment and it is 1 year so I am out of luck. I hired a more competent pool company to fix the damage. When I contacted ASP, they said they don't do get coating. I certainly agree that they don't do it well. I knew I should be concerned when the original project took about a year to compete. While the pool was usable, Darren didn't not come out to complete the installation of the fixtures until June of 2016, about 10 months after the project start. The only reason I was able to leverage the completion is that there was a small outstanding balance. I don't think this type of repair is in their wheelhouse. Based on their lack of knowledge and poor installation, I am forced to repeat the process again only 4 years later. I would stay away from ASP.

Great as always. I have used this company for years. They always do right and they do it right the first time. Highly, Highly recommend!
