I hired this contractor to do complete sealing, painting, and staining work for the exterior of a new home. The contractor did not perform the work an acceptable manner and refused to correct it. He also refused to perform all of the work agreed upon in writing before the work began. He took most of the payment up front before completing the work on his word that he would correct the problems, but left the job because I would not pay him the remaining amount until he resolved the issues. He called me a MF'er several times after I objected to the poor work. Very unprofessional and incompetent. Not recommended.

I hired this contractor to seal and paint the exterior of a new home. The contractor performed unprofessional and unacceptable work and refused to correct it. He also refused to perform all of the tasks that he agreed to do in writing before the work began. This contractor took payment for virtually all of the work before it was fully performed (on his word that he would make it right) and refused to complete the work in a commercially reasonable manner. For example, he stained and waterproofed three garage doors, but he used the wrong waterproofing product and now the garage doors have a white film coating that is going to be difficult to remove. The doors will have to be completely redone, assuming they are not completely ruined. I do not recommend doing business with this contractor.
