Description of Work: Did an overall check of my system and repaired several broken sprinkler heads. They all repaired a brake that was due to roots underground. I found that there seemed to be an additional leak after they left. They came back the following week and repaired that free of charge. I also had them give me an estimate for an underground drip irrigation zone which they installed the following week.

Description of Work: They came and I showed them the 1 place that I needed repaired. It took them 10 minutes and then charged me $138. Too much. Will NOT use them again. They said they drove from Wylie. Seems like a long drive if the office is in Plano.

Description of Work: They checked out the system and told me it was ok. I asked about the water getting to the dead areas of the lawn and was told it was getting to those areas except in one place. When I pressed him he did say it needed an additional sprinkler added which he did. I thought he had over charged me and when I called the office they did make an adjustment and sent a check right out for the amount I felt I was over charged.

Description of Work: They fixed a line leak and installed a new system control clock as my was severely outdated. They arrived on time, repaired the leak quickly, did the additional work of replacing the timer control very quickly, and were on their way with very little trouble. Dennis was very professional and courteous and the price seemed reasonable. I would recommend their service to anyone.

Description of Work: Tuned up my sprinkler system and replaced my control. The technician who worked on it was very prompt, professional and I felt like he really had patience to listen to me. To me, this made a huge difference but, his boss, was not as responsive when I spoke to him on the phone about reduciung the cost of replacing my control. Overall, I was pelased with the way the trechnician handledm y project.
