Aquamax Sprinkler Systems

It went well; I am a repeat customer and will continue to use their service. Reset the timer to the appropriate watering schedule, repaired a broken head, and adjusted heads.

It went great. Chris came out, replaced the sprinkler head and checked the system. He reset the timer and told me at that time that it was probably on its last legs! Sure enough it failed to work and Chris came out again and replaced it. Chris is easy to work with and very professional. I would definitely use Aquamax again.

As soon as I purchased tune up via Angie's list; the company called me within 24 hours. They scheduled the appointment for the first available slot and technician arrived early. He worked on my yard as it was his own. I always worry repairs will leave a lot of visible holes in lawn, but he did great respecting my lawn. I spent more than I wanted, but the sprinkler head replacements were well over due and the cost seemed reasonable due to work preformed. The work took longer than projected, but he did not charge for the extra man hour. He also addressed concerns that I might consider in the future, but not needing now. The technicians name was Sam and I was very pleased with his work ethics and customer service. I will hire this company again.

They replaced the broken sprinkler at no cost and only charged $60 for the checkout of my system. Gave me good advice on future upgrades and best practices for me to consider. But did not force them on me in any way.

I purchased the deal on Angie's List for the sprinkler system tuneup. I was contacted in less than 24 hours to set up the service for 2 days later. Joe called to say he was on his way and apologized for running a little behind schedule. He came out to our house and performed the tune up. He also repaired the above ground hoses that had come apart. He did not charge us for the hose repairs which was unexpected and very nice. Joe worked quickly and even showed my husband a review how to run the sprinkler system. We will definitely contact Aquamax Sprinkler Systems and use them for any future sprinkler repairs.

I think he is a one-man shop so don't expect prompt service. Took serveral calls before we could connect. Overall, good job .

Technician showed up on time, performed service, and was very knowledgeable and courteous.

They did a good job. It cost about $69 or $99, something like that. They were very prompt, they arrived early. They were very professional and they also gave me some suggestions on some things to look for in the future. Chris is the guy, I believe is the lead technician. He was very polite, very professional and I wouldn?t hesitate to hire him again.

Had to wait several days for them to be available. They arrived on time and left leaving some work undone. The lead technician offered some off the book services (weed spraying) and did a poor job actually killing some of my lawn in several places then took advantage of my good nature. When I jokingly offered my "last dollar" for the extra work, he walked over and took it from me. I invited them back to do the work they left undone only to have them tear up several plants trying to fix the problem. They said they'd tried not to damage the plants but didn't really try very hard. One shrub was only half way replanted. Another plant was completely covered in dirt.

Great. I had to have Aquamax out because Andy's didn't do a very careful job of sprinkler placement and coverage. The Aquamax tech took his time, was friendly, listened to my suggestions and concerns, etc., and ultimately got my situation handled at an affordable price.

Company never returned my telephone call

I don't know if he fixed the timer, because the water was still flooding my block.

Technician did not fix 3 spray heads properly. These are not spraying well, in fact one of the heads is not working at all.

Tony replaced some sprinkler heads, added a flower bed hose, removed one and checked/reset the system. He was very knowledgeable and professional.

Efficient and less costly than I had thought it was going to be

pretty well; some of the pricing was a bit confusing and it ended up being more than what they quoted. Also, they never followed up for additional service that was needed so I ended up calling a different company.

Great job! Very thorough! Will use them again.
