Description of Work: It went very well. He was familiar with the system and quickly went about the business of ensuring everything was in working order. They will be our provider from here on assuming no one acts like a jerk.

Description of Work: They checked over my system which had some problems and needed balancing with some new heads, etc. Did a solonoid replacement for $163. which I felt was over priced but it did include the check which was supposed to be 69.95, due the math for the solonoid. |The real rub is they estimated repair work at an additional $900. Even a novice weekend diy could see it was a major overcharge. |Got the same work done by a very reputable lawn and landscaping company for $343.73 One third of this company's estimate. |Would you say I did well by double checking? Thank God literally for a wife that said, "get another estimate."

Description of Work: It was supposed to be a tune up. Basically they looked system over and maybe adjusted a few heads and told us what it would cost to repair it and/or replace it. We had it repaired for 1/2 of their estimate but even at that, there were several heads that needed to be replaced which was not done or notes upon their inspection. Not really sure what they did when they were here.

Description of Work: Checked /tuned up system. Added risers/extenders for additional money. Labor rate is $90!

Description of Work: They came and adjusted some sprinklers, and charged $300.00 extra to replace and adjust 3 broken ones; Would not use in future. I would have used them if the price is negotiable or lower.

Description of Work: Purchased Sprinkler tune up for $65 and was hit up for another $55 to raise some of the sprinkler heads and took about 10 minutes to do, which I feel should have been included. Was given an estimate for another $700 to add 8 more sprinkler heads and move 1 sprinkler head. Overall I feel they were overpriced and I did not get my money's worth.

Description of Work: I purchase a "big deal" for "spring check up" but ending up paying for any minor problems that are discovered via "checked up". It's like a pay a fee for an inspection and pay anything they found. I do not think this type of service worth the fees they advertised.

Description of Work: Repaired a controller valve and resolved an issue with a leaking sprinkler head. Verified system was working correctly. I am definitely satisfied with the services provided.

Description of Work: Replaced 6 sprinkler heads and repaired a broken pipe. Great work, took them about 1 1/2 hours total time including tune up. Both gentlemen were very professional and gave an accurate estimate of charges, in fact it was $15 less than they said. Great company and great workers!

Description of Work: They did an inspection of the system. I had already performed one myself so I was interested in what they determined needed to be fixed. Their estimate to fix everything was almost $1000. The service person was very nice, knew what he was doing and spent about an hour at my location. The estimate of 4hrs worth of work plus parts (mostly minor parts), I thought paying $250 per hour was too much. Did not use them to fix the issues.

Description of Work: I had 2 electric zone valves that were stuck in the open position. The service tech came out and had to locate the 2 valve boxes that were over grown with grass. Once the valves were located they rebuilt the valves with new parts and then tested the complete system to make sure there were no other issues.

Description of Work: I had a leak and believed it was in the sprinkler system. I called and received an appointment day and time. They showed at the scheduled time and after looking at the situation they went to work. After digging they showed me the problem and explained what they would do. They repaired the problem and cleaned up well. They also identified another minor problem and addressed that as well. Great service - high recommended.
