Description of Work: I knew when I initially called that they were scheduling two weeks out. Based on Angie's List recommendations and those of my neighbors I am glad I waited. The tech was here early, quickly diagnosed the problem and in 10 minutes the system was up and running. He also did a basic system check as a courtesy. Definitely recommend this company. |

Description of Work: This was the $69.95 deal for Complete Sprinkler System Tune Up. They were ontime (to the second) and that was really impressive. They also were able to finish the checkup and fix couple of the problem in a short time. Highly recommended.

Description of Work: I bought the $69 service plan they offered. The service call was 2 weeks out. The technician came said we needed a new programmable unit and solenoid. The bill was over $500. I asked about the $69 I had already paid. He said I needed another $500-$600 worth of work and they would take the $69 off that. It took another two weeks until they came back. They finished fixing the 6 zones and gave me a bill for $198. I asked about the $69 I had paid. He deducted $30 off the bill. Wrote up another for the $69. And then gave me an estimate for another $600 plus work he said we needed. I could have had a whole new system for what we would be paying out from other companies I have used plus I lost $39 I had paid for their "special". I will never call them again. Their whole business is to keep billing you more and more. I know we needed a fair amount of work done but the costs just kept going up each time they came. It makes me wonder if I will trust Angie's list again.
