Description of Work: After purchasing the service, I got a message sent to my angie's list account telling me to contact them to set up service. I found that a little annoying. I would much rather be contacted by them. Regardless, once the service was scheduled, they did a good job.

Description of Work: I had purchased the Angie's List Big Deal for $70 for a tune-up. When the service man went through our system, he told me that we needed to replace a few nozzles/nipples and that it would be another $110. I agreed to do that as I knew we were having some issues. He also identified a bunch of sprinkler heads that needed to be height adjusted. However, that would require another visit from them and require additional charges. Overall, he was very knowledgeable and took the time to do a quality job. However, I would have preferred that all of the work be done in a single visit and that the overall cost be less.
