Aquamax Sprinkler Systems

Nothing made sense about the way they operate. I have to pay $100 per hour for them to check out the system even if they can't provide you with any diagnostics. The technician didn't know what was the cause of low water pressure. He doesn't have a way to detect leak without digging up all the pipes since there is no visual signs. And I have to pay $100 per hour for digging. Their parts pricing are also outrageous (8 times the price of home depot). I'm pretty handy with sprinkler system and in my opinion they are incompetent and pricey.

Company returned my call (same day) and scheduled me (same week). Tony came out and worked on our system......needed multiple head replacement and adjustments. He was proficient at his job......very friendly, knowledgeable and worked extremely fast. With this exceptional customer service I will definitely hire for yearly maintenance and repairs in the future.

I've used Aquamax for years, after initially purchasing the Tune-Up special on Angie's List. I've always been pleased with the quality of service and the reasonable price. When our sprinkler system went haywire due to a bad controller, Chris was quick to fit us into his schedule, and he did an excellent job making recommendations and ultimately installing a new controller/timer and rain sensor. He even helped me set up the convenient wi-fi capability. These guys genuinely care about their customers, and that is SO refreshing! I didn't have one of the parts, and Chris was understanding and patient, and he returned to finish the job. Can't say enough good things. They are my go-to!

He check all the 12 stations, fixed all the 3 leaks and put in the heads which were either broke or were not dispensing properly. He showed up on time and went through every thing and when he checked the Rain sensor which we thought was broke and he confirmed it was just not enabled and set the setting right and did an excellent job of fixing all the leaks and adjusting all the heads.

Joe came and did a great job. He did more than was asked for. Tuning up sprinklers, raising some heads and replace the broken one.

Did a great job. They did have to return to finish the job but arrived at the scheduled time. Would definitely use again if needed.

Chris did a great job of repairing a hard to get supply line and tested the entire system. Very professional and great service at a great price!

They fixed all the items I needed and did a good job doing it right. They did not cut corners as I supervised the work being done.

Everything went well, just a little more expensive for repairs than I would have liked. That said, I do not know going rates for repairs.

Great, he came out, found the controller that was not functioning changed it and then did an complete inspection of the rest of my system at no additional charge. Great job!

They was very good, they were helpful on time and very respectful, he explained what he was doing and how he was going to do it, it only took a little while and he was finished. I will be calling on them again and also recommend them to others.

Chris pointed out that some were buried in the back yard (which he fixed). Performed inspection of the timer. He noticed that it was not working properly. He replaced it with a new model, set it up, set the timers according to the current Dallas Tx water restrictions. Went over in detail how it all works and made me feel comfortable and confident in our sprinkler system. I can't thank Chris enough!!!!

My sprinkler issue wasn't getting resolved by another sprinkler company that had been out three times to fix the problem. I had paid them $400 to fix nothing!!! I found Aquamax Sprinkler's on Angie's List, and I'm so glad I did! I can't say enough wonderful things about Matt Mullen. Nice, professional, knowledgable, efficient, and hard working!!! He fixed the issue by replacing a valve. I found my new sprinkler repairman!!! Highly recommend this company and Matt Mullen!!! Btw......my bill was only $250 and my sprinkler system is fixed!

Aquamax responded in a timely manner to a voicemail I left inquiring about a quote. Robert came by to take a look and leave a quote two days later. I would suggest to him that he not wear very dark sunglasses (might have been mirrored) when meeting a customer for the first time. It seemed very impersonal and unfriendly. That was the one and only time that he came by. It would have been nice to have him return to inspect the work afterwards and see about working out any issues, as our agreement had been with Aquamax and not the subcontractor. Emilio and his crew, who did the installation arrived on the agreed date and time. They worked very hard and diligently and did a good job. Our grill gas line was cut through, and we had to pay out of pocket to have a plumber repair it. That was not cool, as I had pointed out to Emilio where the gas line went through. Oh well, accidents happen. The other issues we had were due to miscommunication between the office and the crew. It seemed that the installers were subcontractors, and any issues I had, had to be worked out with them. In the end, after a couple of calls, they did return to move a sprinkler head closer to the property line and to complete the installation of more drip hoses behind our fence as had been agreed upon in the proposal. I bought the Rainbird Wi-Fi modular controller, downloaded the app, and have come close to getting it to work, but it has issues with our Project Fi cellphone service. I have not called the Rainbird 800 number, but it is there for when I get a chance to call. Overall, we are pleased that we got our sprinklers installed. It has been raining so often that we cannot yet tell if all is well with the installation and that there are no dry spots. Our grass is happy.

Located leak and replaced solenoid on Wednesday, stated I needed 25 sprinkler heads replaced, (I thought was a lot, but I went with it) Made appointment for them to return the following Saturday (3 days later). When he returned he stated the sprinkler was not working, (It had just been thee days, so this was questionable). Anyway, he preceded to looking around the wire and hoses to determine the problem. Mean while that solenoid that was replaced Wednesday started to leak water and they had to replace it 3 times While they were here. After being at my home around 3-4 hours never could get the sprinkler the come on and they had another appointment to get to. Therefore, he wanted to make another appointment to come out the following Friday. Since then I have hired another company MID City Irrigation, who had no problem locating why the sprinkler were not running. It was due to some thing The Aqua Max employee did with the watering override system. I also found out The Aqua max employee cut some type of wire is one of the zones while digging to replace the solenoid, which was replaced multiple times which needed to be repaired. I only needed 1 sprinkler head replaced not 25. There was a zone that needed a new valve that I was not informed of by them. Overall it was a terrible experience. I would never recommend to anyone (they wanted to change me $325-375 for sprinkler heads plus labor)

I purchased the tune up through Angie's list on the Wednesday before the holiday. I was promptly called by Aquamax to schedule the tune up. The came out the following Monday first thing. The employees were timely, professional and very efficient. They tuned up the whole system, and fixed a couple of broken nozzles in the planter boxes. I have dealt with several sprinkler companies the past few years as reliability is usually a problem. Aquamax exceeded my expectations, and I plan to use them going forward for all my sprinkler needs.
