Aquamax Sprinkler Systems

Great. I thought I would need to add a zone to the system to get proper pressure in one zone with 15 heads but they offered to change out the nozzles and saved me a bunch. I have used them several times and always had good results and they are more than willing to offer cost saving solutions.

They were courteous and professional. They did not perform the tune-up as my sprinkler system requires a lot more repair, but they were able to diagnose the problem. We look to compare estimates from other companies and schedule to have the work completed in the future.

They were late every time and had to reschedule. However, they did always call and the work performed was solid. I would use them again

Spent about 30 - 40 minutes, checking the system. Confused about the prepaid coupon. I think the cost should have been lower due to this but I was satisfied with the work.

It went well. We had a tree cut down and the stump and roots were removed. The sprinkler system pipe was broken in the process. We called Aquamax and they came out a day or two later. They had to reroute the sprinkler system pipe because of underground tree roots. They were professional and the sprinkler system works fine now.

Everything was repaired, updated and I learned a lot about my system, which David also reprogrammed for the new once a week requirements. I have used another company in the past that had been good but is now really bad. David provided a level of service that would be hard to top. I will certainly do business with this company again and HIGHLY recommend David, who has worked for them a long time. I was also very impressed with their office staff and the woman who took my order. I had just been stood up by the previous company after I had waited a couple of weeks for service, unable to run my system well due to broken heads. She was patient and very helpful. She was able to get me help the same week.

They were on-time and professional and did everything they said they would and cleaned up the yard after they were complete.

I like that they put in a valve in the first time out and when it broke they came out and repaired it as soon as I let them know. I didn't like that they used a cheaper valve in the first place.

The work was done satisfactorily. I was thinking the tune-up covered the sprinkler heads, but I didn't read each detail of the Big Deal I purchased. It seemed like the guy knew what he was doing.

When I made the appointment I?d decided to have the zone valves replaced which wasn?t a problem to add on. Matt was very punctual and got to work right away. It was no small feat digging through the root system of the silver maple, but Matt had the leak repair done quickly. He then moved on the replace the valves and had the parts he needed on hand to complete the work in one trip.

Besides the annual system check, one zone had developed a leak. I called and was able to schedule a convenient service time. Brian was very punctual and got to work right away. He has been out here in the past and was familiar with our system. He inspected the system, adjusted sprinkler spray patterns, replaced two heads and located the leak. He spent time explaining each step of the way. Due to the wet weather, I decided to wait on digging up the yard for the leak repair. Brian provided an estimate for the balance of the work to be done and after he left I was able to call and schedule a follow-up appointment for the balance of the repair.

The crew showed up on time and began work promptly. Two leaks were found and repaired. I would hire them in the future

Everything was performed satisfactorily, and the whole job only took a few hours.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that we purchased. They were okay. There was an additional cost.

I purchased a BIG DEAL sprinkler check up from Aquamax. Brian scheduled the check up within a few days, arrived on time ready to work. He ran the system through all its paces, adjusted all the working sprinklers for proper coverage, answered all my (many) questions about water conservation and proper maintenance, programmed the system for each zone and day and time. All this was easily worth the $69 BIG DEAL price. With my agreement and at extra reasonable cost, Brian replaced the one broken sprinkle head, the broken, ancient rain sensor and returned the next week to install a presure reducer to the sprinkler system that will improve coverage and reduce water use. Brain from AquaxMax is now my AquaMan! When I install new flower beds I will call Aquamax to move the sprinklers.

We purchased the sprinkler tune-up Angie's List Big Deal. I voiced concerns about our sprinkler coverage, the schedule our system was running on and getting the best settings possible since we've been under severe watering restrictions. They ran the system, identified a couple heads that weren't working and replaced them and re-programmed everything and gave me a few tips. The replacement of the broken sprinkler heads was on top of the Big Deal special and cost us a few dollars, but the price for that seemed fair and reasonable.

Have used Aquamax in the past and was pleased with our service this time, too. I was able to schedule an appointment same week. Tony called before coming, performed all repairs and adjustments within 1 hour. Very experienced work and would use Aquamax in the future.

He showed up within the 1 hour window they gave me even though it was raining. I expected them to cancel and reschedule but he showed up. He identified the biggest problem very quickly then went through the rest of the system and adjusted the position of a few heads. He identified that one of the extensions had broken off at the supply due to roots. He dug it up and replaced it. The rest of the zone responded by working properly. He replaced two other heads. It took him about 90 minutes total and charged me an extra $80 for parts and labor above the tune up big deal price.

Robert responded quickly to my query (not through Angies List). After discussing the issues, I decided to use this company based on previous experience. Install was accomplished as soon as weather permitted.Tony was professional, went over with me what they did and cleaned up very well.

The install went very well...except the crew cut my AT&T lines and sliced a marked cable with a shovel. It took two days to get my service back up and I lost another day of work waiting for the service crew. They had to run another fiber optic cable, so that turned into two days of service calls with AT&T. I was not happy since the cable was clearly marked in the yard. Otherwise, the crew did a very good job and hauled away any debris associated with the job. Robert came and walked me through the system and answered all my questions at the time of the installation. Overall the install was a good experience minus the problems with the cut cable. On the service side for follow-up, I was not able to get them back out to service my heads since I got new sod in about 11 months after the system install. I called in the morning and it took all day to find out that the earliest they could come out would be in three more days. Since my sod is not being properly watered I just cannot wait that long-- hand watering those areas is tough and I risk losing a lot of money in new sod. In their defense, I understand that this is the busiest time of year, but I was very disappointed to not have Aquamax send a service team and look at their system that is not even a year old. The heads are not working properly and are not spreading water evenly across the sod. They were apologetic they could not make it out, but I feel like once I had paid my money for the main system install I am no longer a priority customer. I explained to Robert that I had new sod dying because of the lack of coverage and couldn't wait another three days for a service call. I will be calling another company for service.

Excellent service! Used them a couple of years ago and their high level of service led me to use them again when I needed our sprinkler serviced recently.
