They got the garage wall quite dirty in the process. Digging out the root was a nasty job and I give them credit for that. However, I had to follow them around or they would have left after repairing only one sprinkler head.

Good ol hard working Americans that took no shortcuts. Great Experience I even tipped the men to get something warm to drink since it was freezing outside! Will use them again for foundation drip!

They were punctual and communicated professionally.

This was a complete waste of money. I paid 69.95 for a sprinkler tune up. They came out on time and reviewed the system. They determined that I needed two sprinkler heads and one wire. Total of the part would be about 30.00. (We can get them at home depot for about 10). They told me it would take two guys to replace one sprinkler head 20 minutes per sprinkler head. Total bill would be an additional 120.00 on top of the 69.95 I already paid. So basically I just paid 69.95 for them to tell me what I already knew was going on. Would go with another company first.

When I called to get an estimate, I actually hung up before I could leave a message or someone answered. Robert called me back (caller ID I'm guessing) and introduced himself. I explained to him that I was looking for estimates on sprinkler systems for my lawn. He came out the next day to look at my yard and understand what my goals were. 20 minutes or so later he had an estimate ready for me. I was pleasantly surprised at the cost! We set a date (today) to have the system installed. I have no idea what time the crew got here this morning, but it must have been right at 8am as Robert promised because when I woke up to all the activity going on they were well on their way of digging around and plotting out the system. They were courteous and what really surprised me was that they cleaned up everything before they left! Usually I have to go behind work crews that do services for me and clean up their mess. Not these guys! When they were all done, I was given very good instructions on how to use the system. Great company!

Everything was completed in timely manner. Employees were very professional. Arrived on time. Excellent communicative skills. Explained everything they were doing. I would use them again.

Tech was prompt, even a little early. Checked all zones, pointed out issues that I didm;t know about. Replaced or reset heads to optimum efficiency. Will use them again.

It was ok but went so fast that I didn't have a chance to ask what to do about one of my sprinkler pipes that's exposed.

I hope all is well now, I no longer wanted to use the sprinkler system (my choice) since I have such a small area to irrigate and I am happy to get the noise problem solved.

We just purchased this home and needed someone to take a look at the sprinkler system. The whole process went very smoothly. The estimated arrival time was 8am. I think they got to our home about 8:15am and immediately went to work. They adjusted what needed to be adjusted and gave advice for future. Very friendly and great to work with.

I liked them a lot. They're very reasonable and price. They came out and gave me an estimate and it was 50% less and everybody else get on it. They finished within 2 to 3 hours. I have recommended them to four or five people.

Check entire sprinkler system for any leaks, check timer/controller and explain how to use timer/controller advance features. The visit went well.

The sub-contractor arrived without any of the pre-paid coupon information so he tried to bill my wife the cost of the trip. I know he was a sub-contractor because he left his personal (not AquaMax) business card in case we want to replace the defective valve or do further work without going through AquaMax. I thought this unprofessional. Essentially, he did nothing but check each zone and leave is personal business card. I wasted $69.95.

I had one head that was broken and they replaced it. I now feel better knowing that it was checked.

I purchased the service to solve a problem with low pressure in one front zone. I was told that the problem was the valve (and also on a second zone in the rear), and paid an additional $350 for the replacement of both valves. Neither valve replacement solved the problems. The front yard zone is exactly the same, and I will have to pay someone else to fix the problem.

The technician arrived on time and checked all the sprinkler heads. I asked him to disconnect some sprinklers that were going off in my neighbors yard and he came up with a less expensive solution. In a time when everyone is trying to take advantage of unsuspecting individuals I was very impressed that he saved me some money. He was friendly and courteous and I would definitely recommend this company.

Communication is key.... It was not there. Then the owner acted put out that I wanted an itemized receipt 3 weeks later when they ran my credit card.

Great service!! Bought the deal and called that day. Scheduled the appointment for the following day. He showed up right on time, fixed the broken head, tuned up the system and was completed within 30 minutes. Will definitely use again!!

Placed a drip line around foundation. Added a Rain Bird controller.

Discovered the water leak on Tuesday and called to schedule a repair date. They were able to accommodate my schedule without a problem. Tony arrived on time and got right to work. I was amazed at how soon the work was completed. We even placed gravel around the valve to help with water drainage. I have used them multiple times and would recommend this company.
