Aquamax Sprinkler Systems

No complaint, however, I did say that I knew nothing about irrigation systems or my system. They worked VERY quickly. I think it might have been a positive to have taken a few minutes to show me how to adjust my system for future reference. I have no more idea of how it works now than I did before.

Checked all the sprinkler heads and adjusted the force of the water in the back yard to prevent the fence from being pummeled by a water spray. I asked them to set my Rain Bird timer to sprinkler my lawn at 3 AM on Tuesday morning. It is now 6:32 PM on Monday evening and my lawn is being watered right now! I need some help here as I don't know how to set the timer and I could get a ticket from the police for watering at the wrong day and time. I will call them up and see if they can fix this. This was an offer to tune up sprinkler system. The deal was for $69.00. After the system was checked he said there was an additional service fee for work provided for $75.00. He then said he would be back next week to rezone my system and change out sprinkler heads. The cost would only be at least the minimum $550.00 or more. How in the world did this company make it on Angies list? I have used your services many times an never encountered anything like this, Very disappointed and felt taken advantage of, To top it off when they pulled up he took one last drag off his cigarette and put it out in my yard. I should have known right there this was not going to go well. Thanks

Tony and his helper came out on the call,knowing in advance what the problem was , got right to business and got the problem solved.Very nice guys,did a good job.couldn't ask for more.

I was able to schedule the appointment a few days out at a time that was convenient for my work schedule. The appointment was from 9:00 - 11:00 and they were here right at 9:00. It was just a check up, and they walked around checking all the sprinklers and adjusted a few. I assumed everything was fine, but was not sure. They confirmed and did not try to sell me or add-on anything. They answered a few questions around ongoing maintenance and timing. They were done and out in 45 minutes. Both gentlemen were courteous and appeared to know what they were doing.

Purchased the Big Deal for a sprinkler tune-up after contacting several other irrigation companies in the area who could not schedule us until much later. They contacted me almost immediately and scheduled to come out about 5 days later. The technicians arrived exactly when they said they would and immediately got to work on the tune up. As we reviewed the system it became obvious that there were several heads that needed to be replaced, several others that needed to be adjusted, one that was leaking severely under ground, and a couple that were clogged. I live on a golf course and whoever installed the system during construction must not have known where the property line was as the installed a couple of heads outside my fence on the golf course. Recently the golf course maintenance folks knocked one head off the system, so I asked them to cap that one off. In about an hour, all the work was completed and the sprinklers all tested and working properly. The price they charged for the head replacement was very reasonable and their work and demeanor was both friendly and professional. I will definitely use Aquamax for any future irrigation needs.

The staff seemed friendly. I wish there had been an opening sooner, but it was nice that they were willing to get me in within this week.

The men were very nice. I don't feel like anything was really done for the $99. They capped a sprinkler and changed out a head. I was charged for changing out that head, $46. I feel that $46 to change out one head is excessive and they took the head that they replaced with them even though it was a working head and mine!. Like I said they were very nice but, I wouldn't use this company again.

The service went really well. They were on time, very nice, fast and good. I didn't spend any more than the big deal. They said they would be here at 7:30 in the morning, and I didn't believe that they would be, but they were. I was happy that they didn't charge me to replace that one sprinkler head. They were fast, and efficient, and good.

Not only were they able to come out the same day, which was Good Friday, but they even called several hours early asking if they could come over early since they were running ahead of schedule - fine by me! It was hard to believe I purchased this deal and within 2 hours I had someone at my house checking my sprinklers. They did a good job, but they were pretty quick to assess. Since this was my first time to have someone check our sprinklers, I am not exactly sure how thorough they were but we do have a pretty small yard. I did get a 90 day warranty so we'll see over time how the minor repairs (2 sprinkler heads) hold up! I would recommend especially for their timely and efficient service.

It went fine. They sent 2 people out to do the job. They got the job done in about 30 minutes. The scheduling was fine.

tended to be late. miss assessed the first round of work --- had to come back second time - inconvenient for homeowner. failed to fix one sprinkler. but what was fixed working well and seeing improved performance out of the system. Used top quality parts. technician who did the work very knowledgeable and focused on the work once onsite.

On time. Courteous. Professional. Knowledgeable.

The only thing I was disappointed about was he told me I had good coverage however there are areas in my backyard that gets no coverage.

as for the three zones not coming on they worked very hard and found the problem in a very short time. and the control box was put in with their very expert experience and they took the time to show me how to operate it. they showed up at the first part of the two hour window they gave me, very professional really know what they are doing. would hire them again.

They arrived early and got right to work. They located the source of the leak which required them to dig a lot since the line was deeply buried. They repaired the line and were finished in approximately an hour. I will definitely use them again.

Called them out to get all of the zones on our sprinkler system working. Last year, one of the zones seemed to quit working. They scheduled extra time for the larger anticipated work. They came out, inspected the system, and found no major problems. They called me and explained the situation. I asked them to clean and adjust all of the sprinkler heads. They did a pretty good job at that, but I ended up having to adjust a couple heads again when I got home. To their credit, they did not try to convince me that a lot of work was necessary.

Everything went according to plan. They arrived at time they said they would 7:30am and went right to work. The installation was complete by 6:00PM. Their technician showed me how to operate the system at the end, and they cleaned up after themselves.

He was very friendly and knowledgeable. He talked me through each item of work he could do. He gave me several options on resolving some of my sprinkler problems. He did not rush through the work. He showed me each head that he worked on. He took the time to instruct me on how to set the settings on my timer as needed. I was very pleased with the work and felt the price was fair for all the work he did. He spent about 3 hours doing the work. I will call Aquamax in the near future to have them install a drip system.

The guys were right on time, they established what needed to be done, got to work, fixed what needed to be fixed, made sure everything was OK and were out of here. They were pleasant and efficient. All OK here!

The reason I graded punctuality as a B, is that the provider arrived early (which is much better than being late), but it was about 30 minutes prior to what was scheduled.
