Tony was prompt and professional. He showed me any unknown issues and gave me options. The leak under the sidewalk caused me to become anxious, but he and the other worker were able to fix it fairly quickly. When I asked about what I would need to do when expanding the back porch, he helpfully advised getting someone with an irrigation background out to not damage my system (similar to how the fence was built on top of many of the sprinkler heads in my backyard).

One of the sprinkler heads was broken. Hoped that they would replace it but they wanted 50 dollars more- so we skipped.

I found Aquamax on Angie's List and called them to come out and give me a quote on a complete install. Robert came out and did the quote and left a detailed packet with all the info from the quote and about his company and the product they use. I appreciated the fact that they would come and give a quote and didn't require me to be home and miss work to do so. I got a couple of quotes and Aquamax was the best price for the service and quality of product they install. There were lower quotes, but not with as high of quality product and install. Called them back a few weeks later to schedule the install. They were able to come out to do the install within 2 weeks of my call. The crew showed up right at 8am, asked me a few questions about the placement of the heads and then just went to town on the install. The crew was friendly, fast and just a "well-oiled machine"! When they finished around 4pm, they cleaned up everything beyond my expectations. Overall, it was a GREAT EXPERIENCE and I highly recommend using Robert and his team at Aquamax. I was thrilled with the install and absolutely love my new system!! THANKS!!!

The service went well. He was very friendly and replaced a few sprinkler heads. He did a very nice job. There was an additional fee for the broken sprinkler head and to repair a few others. I thought the additional fee was reasonable. Scheduling was very easy and they showed up on time.

Guy showed up on time, found the problem sprinkler heads and fixed them quickly. Seemed very knowledgeable. Would use them again.

Replaced heads and did the leak repair for cheaper than even initially quoted. They also let me know that there was a wire cut somewhere in a zone causing it to not function properly, but they were able to put together a work around to allow me to water with no issues.

I bought the Angies List offer for $69.00 for a sprinkler system tune up....I knew I had leaks and made sure they would be prepared to fix the leaks at the same time as the tune up. They found the leak, replaced 2 rotors, replaced 2 risers and repaired 3 risers and replaced one plug nozzle. I am very appreciative of their thourough service. The sprinkler system is working better than ever now . They were very prompt and professional...

They came out and performed an inspection which seemed to go well. Thereafter they diagnosed a problem with a couple valves and once they dug them up they realized there wasn't a replacement of that type in the truck. They came back a couple days later and made the repairs and it works fine. My only issue was the cost and the fact that they didn't replace the dirt they dug up and left quite a mess in the yard. That being said everything was wet so maybe it was unrealistic for me to expect them to clean up. Also they left a large amount of mud in the garage walking back and forth to the controller.

-Arrived late by a hour that too after reminder call. -Sprinkler tuneup is just a sales gimmick. They didn't even spent time testing/tuning the zones. -Quoted $150 for putting up new sprinkler pipe with four risers. But later bumped with $282 bill for all the time spend and parts/labor. Total cost $281+$69 = $350 Not sure how they made up to the top of the Angies list. You can pretty much get better choice and price elsewhere (such as RedBeacon com, referred by friends or neighbors).

These guys were great. my system has never worked better. Replaced all heads with higher quality that uses less water.

It was perfect and great. They sent one person out to do the job. He got the job done in about 4 hours. The scheduling was very easy and they called me right back to setup the appointment.

The crew of 2 showed up (called that they were running early, but we weren't home, so they came back at their originally scheduled time). They explained about their inspection and asked if the fence we had in the yard was put up before or after the sprinkler system (it was put in afterwards). They quickly found 2 leaks that had alluded a service that we called a few months back and a few broken heads. They also relocated 2 sprinklers that the fence was interfering with and adjusted the spray patterns on the rest of the sprinklers. We were very happy with them and when our lawn service showed up (unexpected) they worked around them to finish the job in less than an hour.

I called the provider to let them know I was considering an Angie's List deal ($69 sprinkler tune up); I wanted to make sure they could schedule me fairly quickly. The scheduler did offer me a reasonably quick appt (5 days). However, she told me not to buy the Angie's List deal, but rather just to tell the techs when they arrive that I am a member and want that deal. Price will be same, but easier "accounting" for them. I said okay. Techs did arrive on time (actually early); sat outside my house for 20 minutes - i finally went out 5 min after appt time to see if they didn't realize I was home. They said they were just working on paperwork :-? "Dennis" said he had me down for a tune-up, and I repeated what the scheduler had told me. He asked me for the Angie's List printout, and I told him the scheduler had advised me not to buy it through AL, but rather just tell them I wanted the deal. He was obviously annoyed - said it was "easier for the office, not for them". I told them I just wanted the $69 tune-up and one head replaced. He then said "Well, the $69 is actually just for the first 30 minutes. We don't actually know how long it is going to take; we charge in 15 minute increments..." I stopped him right there and told him that was NOT the Angie's List deal! He did not seem familiar with it at all, but as soon as I offered to go print it out, he relented to the $69 for tune-up and $15 to replace one head. I did tell him to let me know if he saw any other problems, and he did find a couple of other things. I had to keep doing the math and making sure he wasn't going to overcharge me, as my trust was definitely broken. It felt like he was going to do anything he could to get more money out of me before they left. I had read other reviews on Angie's List where this company did the tune-up and did not even charge to replace one or two heads, so I was disappointed -- not the case if Dennis visits you!! I ended up letting them replace 2 heads and charge extra $30 for labor - ended up being $130. I declined to let them "fix" 2 other things he tried to sell me on. To be honest, I don't really know what they "tune-up" -- it seems they just look at the heads for leaks or other problems they can charge for. I didn't see them cleaning anything, lubricating the shafts that pop up, or anything like that. So if I had it to do all over again, knowing I needed a head replaced, I would probably buy the head myself and hire a company to do a quick repair - I bet it would have come out under $130. Can't say I recommend this company.

Very nice, professional. Patient, explained what was wrong and even showed me how to fix the sprinkler heads in the future.

i wanted to get all my sprinklers checked. the techs arrived on time. did the check and found the broken ones. Fixed them quickly. No upsell no lectures. quick professional job.

Very pleased with Auquamax. Servicemen were professional and communicative, explaining their observations and diagnosis. They also pointed out some shortcomings of the original install work (done by another company) and took care of all the issues during the controller replacement. Costs were explained up front, and while nothing is cheap these days, their pricing was fair and competetive. They tested the system thouroughly and explained the differences between my old and new controller. I would not hesitate to use Aquamax again.

Went well, but they didn't seem they knew it was a tune up job to begin with. Other than that no complaints.

All went well. No extra charge for changing sprinkler head. Very pleased with service.

Master control valve was not operating due to broken or cut wire. Could not locate, so removed the valve. Adjusted all sprinkler heads for maximum coverage.

We have 9 zones in our yard. The provider checked each zone to make sure it was working; and checked the sprinkler panel to make sure it was programmed correctly. Then he replaced about 3 broken nozzles. He worked right along and did a great job.
