Aquamax Sprinkler Systems

It may have been my misunderstanding of the offer but the $69.95 is more of a service call fee not a deal of any kind. They asked me what problems I had and I told them of some heads broken and they replaced for an additional fee. No deal here either. They were then ready to leave in 15 minutes. I asked them to set the sprinkler system timer and he said they did not do that. I told him I have someone out each year and he does much more for less and it includes setting the timer on the system. He set it as I asked but set it to come on during the afternoon not middle of the night which is unacceptable because we are on water rations. Maybe it was a misunderstanding , but there is no special deal even though it is implied. They did a good job of replacing the heads but I will go back to my previous company.

Provider arrived on time, performed maintenance/checkup as per deal which purchased. Re-aimed a few of the heads. Replaced one broken head; it took the tech some time to find, but I failed to mark the exact location. Total price was quite reasonable, and we will definitely call on Aquamax again for our sprinkler needs.

Very through. Complete check of all zones and the control box. Adjusted heads and cleaned if necessary.

They were able to come within 5 days. They sent competent staff who were able to teach me how to program the unit. I also had them quote adding a sprinkler system to the backyard. Their quote was good and I plan to use them again

The technician was on time and communicated very thoroughly on the status of repairs needed. Great job, would definitely recommend.

Inspection took a while as some junctions were difficult to find. Price was very reasonable o the work provided.

This is the 4th time they came home to continue fixing my sprinkler system and the second time in a row to finish line 2 (out of 6 lines), thus they knew exactly what needed to be done. They showed up on time but immediately started warning me "hopefully we'll have enough time". Again? really? 4th time you come to my home and second time for the same job and you still come with tight time? Then, the technician notices we recently added mulch and says "you like to do everything upside down, it's going to take us a lot longer and it won't look as it looks now". That was it for me. Terrible attitude and absolutely no consumer service considering I've spent over 1,300 in repairs with this company. Yes, the other 5 lines work and true they show up on time, however, the attitude is a disaster and they never send people with enough time to get the job done... That is why I had to put the mulch!

They did a great job. Couple of good 'ol boys. Hard workers. Fixed it right.

I have a large corner lot that gets a lot of sun, and moving sprinklers around twice a week was a very time consuming and fruitless endeavor since the lawn was still thinning from sun stress. I received quotes from 3 different lawn irrigation companies, two of which were very close in price (the other was double the price). Along with a fair estimate, Aquamax provided a list of references from installations dating back 2-3 years ago, and I was actually able to reach one of the contacts provided. Based on these factors, along with the favorable reviews online and the reputable quality of RainBird, I chose to go with Aquamax. Based on the size of the lot, the project could have taken two days, but the guys arrived on time at 9am and worked hard to complete the job by about 7pm. They brought in more guys at the end to help finish up. Nine zones were installed (on approx. 5000 sq.ft) and after the work was completed I was shown how to control the time and schedule of the system. Robert followed up with me later to make sure I was happy with the work performed and answered my questions. After several months, there have been no issues with my system - and there is minimal water loss on sidewalks.

They came out and fixed it right away. I called and they came the next day.

I have used them in the past. This was the 4th time that they have come out under one of the Angie’s List deals. I get the tune up done every 6 months. They are great. They had to replace some sprinkler nozzles most recently so there was an additional $96 fee.

Great job. Tony and team were very friendly, punctual, and professional (as well patient and courteous on my being late meeting them). I purchased the tune-up coupon knowing I had additional work needed on top of that. They replaced two sprinkler heads, dug up and repaired a third, and got them all pointing in the right direction. I don't know if $200 was high or right on, but didn't feel out of line for their service. I would definitely use them again.

It was not a deal after all. Spent a lot of money for something I thought I was getting for under $100. Should have called my regular sprinkler guy. My experience with the "deals" is that a tremendous amount of up-selling goes on.

They said they couldn’t apply the Big deal I purchased because my sprinkler didn’t need a tune up, it needed electrical repair.

Overall good. The work was of good quality. I believe the price for the initial service for adjusting the head was high.

These guys know what they're doing, and provide fast, courteous, and reasonably-priced service. My appointment was scheduled for a Saturday morning, just two days after my call, and a very friendly technician named, Tony, showed up 10 minutes early for the service. He showed me problems I wasn't even aware that I had (including some serious leaks and a broken pipe), finished all the work within almost exactly one hour, and showed me how to operate and maintain my system properly. I highly recommend this company, particularly if Tony is assigned to do the work!

Need to now program sprinklers

Featured as Angie's special for system evaluation. Came as agreed, evaluated system; found one head that was malfunctioning. For a nominal extra fee, the malfunctioning head was repaired quickly and efficiently. This is my first sprinkler system, so I had some questions. The technicians were knowledgeable and helpful. Based on the service provided, I would use them again.

Initial consultation went very well. Price was competitive and end price was exactly what was bid. This company has great reviews and I experienced A+ service. Crew worked over 3 days to prep the yard, install a 6 zone system (6th zone is drip irrigation/foundation irrigation). New sod was laid over the entire yard. New Rain Bird controller was installed in the garage along with rain sensor system. Crew was great and the job was done on time. I highly recommend this company.

The service went fine. I did pay an additional fee to have one sprinkler head replaced. Two people came out for the job and completed the service in about an hour and a half. They did a nice job. I had no problem scheduling the deal at all. I did not feel like the deal was a very good value, however.
