Very nice and professional.II did agree to the additional charges just because of no time to do it myself. They did provide ideas for future changes too. I have no doubt that the price is due to the market! Sprinkler system repairs is a cornered market, which drives up the price. If you need work on your sprinkler system, can't do it yourself, they know their work!

If you need ANY service for a sprinkler system HIRE these guys!!! I had a leak so I decided to purchase a big deal and get a tune up as well as have the leak repaired. The tech was on time and very professional. He checked everything out. Told me my system was in good order couple of low heads but no need to replace them at this point. I am extremlely satisfied with the service and will use this comany in the future without hesitation.

Technicians showed up on time and went straight to work. They adjusted all of the sprinkler heads, reprogrammed my timer for better efficiency and even put a micro spray adaptor on an unused head to water a large potted plant. Will definitely use again.

It went very well. Company performed a very good job and fixed my sprinkler pipe leak. It was a little bit pricey to me but job well done in a timely manner. I would recommend others to use this company because they know how to fix the problem.

The men that came were punctual - we were the first appointment of the day (7:30am Saturday). I let them know that our dog had a chewed up nozzle in her mouth from the back yard. They tested each of the zones and replaced a shrub adapter and a nozzle. If you have a remote wireless rain and freeze gauge you "must" ask them to check it out - really? They should check the battery as part of an annual tune-up and of course charge for the battery and any additional time if needed for install. I had the Angie's tune-up deal of $69.95. They charged 15 minutes ($39.20) to replace the 1 shrub adapter and 1 nozzle and finished everything including tune-up in about 30 minutes. The reason I gave them a "B" overall is because of four things. 1) They handed me an invoice for a full price tune-up and repair of approximately $130. When I mentioned I had already paid for the tune-up through Angie's list they seemed totally unaware and asked me for an invoice number. If my wife were the only one here she would have paid this full amount of this invoice not realizing it did not include the prepaid Angie's Deal. So check your invoice carefully to make sure you were not double billed. 2) I should not have to ask to have my wireless rain and freeze gauge be checked 3) they are so busy that it took over a week before they could come out 4) I would recommend that Aquamax have a checklist for their employees to give to clients showing all the items checked for a tune-up - this would be a great value add and remind the tech to consistently check items on the list e.g. check the days of watering to ensure that proper watering is scheduled - hmmm.... I don't know if they checked mine.

I used their discount for a spring checkup. First off, the system would not turn on from the control box. The tech determined that there was a fault in the wire running from the control box to the main sprinkler water cutoff, so he adjusted the valve so the water is always "on" throughout the system (leaving it to each individual circuit to disable water for the heads it controls). This is not a problem as a temporary solution, but I will need to schedule them to come back to run a new wire to that box, as well as an adjacent circuit that is also unresponsive. He then tested all the circuits, made some adjustments, and fixed a few broken ones. He spent some time showing me the operation of the control box (I'm a new homeowner who had never had a sprinkler system), and discussed some potential design issues I may want to address in the future.

Before I bought this package, I know some zones of my sprinkler system do not work. So I expected they could diagnose the problem and give me an estimate of the repair cost. After arrival, the guy turned on the sprinkler system. Then he told me only two zones were working, which I already know. The next thing he told me is that your balance running low. I will need to pay him at an hourly rate of $90 to find out what is wrong with my sprinkler. I was very surprised. Basically the $69.95 I paid only covered he turning on my system, maybe part of his trip to my home. At that point, I chose to let him continue with the diagnosis at an hourly rate of $90. After one hour, the guy gave me an estimate of $350. So I ended up with paying him $160 to get a quote for the repair of $350.

They answered my call immediately and came next day, then discovered issues. They were at my home for 4 and 1/2 hours working and cleaned up well. They were very thorough and showed me the results. Professionalism was superb. The only thing was the cost seemed high to me. Work was excellent and punctuality was amazing. I do feel the job was done well!

Went well in the field. The back office is a mess. Didn't have a copy of the quote when I called to schedule the actual work appointment. Didn't have the final invoice and called trying to figure out if anything was charged to my credit card for the work. I'd use them again but am not impressed with the business office which could lead to a problem on billing, etc. Price seemed slightly high for three hours of work but the quality of the work was very good.

The guy was nice and efficient, He got to it made a list and showed me what he recommend.. He gave me options and the price for extra needed repairs was reasonable.

The two technicians were very knowledgeable and professional. They were respectful of me and my home. They walked with me through the entire property looking for leaks and adjusting sprinkler heads. Their supervisor communicated by phone with me throughout the process. I had no doubt all the men I encountered from Aquamax valued my business and cared about my 100% satisfaction. My sprinkler system is running correctly. I would definitely call Aquamax again.

quality of work was fine, the young man performing the quote and advise to the customer was...well young and not people savvy somehow plumbers always make me feel like i am paying too much. that said they did good work.

It went fine. He was here when they said he would be - he was very quick about doing the system testing, and he found 3 broken heads which he replaced. The labor and parts for the replacements were not covered under the Angies List Deal for "Sprinkler System Tune-up" - which was not a surprise. I have used Aqua Max before and have no reason to try anyone else at this time.
